Episode 12: Divine Surrendering
Episode 12: Divine Surrendering Kenosis – She Who Remembers Podcast There comes a point on the path… where pushing no longer works. Where control begins to exhaust the body, and the mind can no longer carry what the soul is asking to release. In this episode, Divine Surrendering, we enter the sacred space of letting go. Not as defeat. Not as giving up. But as a profound act of trust, devotion, and inner alignment. This is the threshold between striving… and allowing. Between resistance… and flow. Donna gently guides you into the deeper layers of surrender— where the nervous system softens, the heart opens, and life is no longer something to manage… but something to meet. This episode is an invitation to return to devotion— to life, to self, and to something greater than the thinking mind. Because surrender is not passive. It is an active opening. A willingness to release the grip… and trust that what is meant for you does not need to be forced. If you are feeling tired of holding everything together… If you are standing in the unknown and unsure of your next step… If you feel the call to soften, trust, and release… This episode is for you.

Episode 11 She Who Inspires
Episode 11: She Who Inspires Kenosis – She Who Remembers Podcast In a world that often equates influence with noise, control, and visibility… what if true inspiration was something far more subtle… and far more powerful? In this episode, She Who Inspires, we explore the quiet, magnetic force of embodied influence, the kind that doesn’t demand attention, but naturally draws others in. This is not about performance. It is not about being followed, liked, or approved of. This is about the energy you carry… and the way it ripples outward into the lives of others. Donna shares a deeply personal and grounded exploration of what it means to inspire from within, through presence, integrity, and alignment. You’ll be guided through: ✨ The difference between influence and inspiration ✨ How your energy speaks before your words do ✨ The power of living in quiet congruence with your truth ✨ Releasing the need for validation, recognition, or approval ✨ Becoming a mirror that invites others to remember themselves This episode invites you to soften out of striving… and step into a more authentic, embodied way of being. Episode 10: Heart-Led Leadership
In Episode 10, Heartfelt Leadership, we move beyond seeing… and into living what we know. Because once you truly see, you cannot unsee. And awareness is not passive, it asks something of you. This episode is a deep exploration of heart-led leadership. Not leadership defined by titles, authority, or control… but leadership rooted in compassion, integrity, and responsibility. Donna shares her own lived experience from struggling to voice her truth, to understanding nervous system protection, to learning how to lead with presence rather than performance. This episode also explores the evolution of leadership itself, as we move from dominance and control… into a more integrated, human, and feminine way of leading. This is not about becoming someone else. It is about leading from who you truly are. Because leadership is already happening, in how you respond, how you relate, and how you choose to show up. The question is… will you lead consciously? I

Episode 9 She Who Sees
Episode 9: She Who Sees After the descent… comes the seeing. In the previous episode we entered the shadows, the hidden places within ourselves where pain, fear, and buried truths often live. The descent asks us to face what we once avoided, to meet the parts of ourselves we learned to hide in order to survive. But the descent is never the end of the journey. It is the place where clarity begins. In Episode 9 – She Who Sees, we explore what happens when awareness awakens and the fog begins to lift. When the patterns that shaped our lives become visible. When the inherited stories, beliefs, and survival strategies we carried begin to reveal themselves. Seeing is not always comfortable. Sometimes it asks us to acknowledge truths we once resisted. But within this seeing lies a powerful gift: awareness. Because once we truly see, we are no longer bound by what once controlled us. This episode explores the courage required to face truth, the power of conscious awareness, and how seeing clearly becomes the doorway to healing, sovereignty, and transformation. Episode 8: She Who Descends
Episode 8: She Who Descends In this powerful episode of Kenosis – She Who Remembers, we explore the sacred descent, the journey into the hidden spaces within ourselves where our deepest wounds, fears, and truths reside. The descent is not a failure or a loss of light. It is an initiation. There are moments in life when we are called inward, into the shadows of our own psyche, where the stories we have carried, the pain we have buried, and the identities we have built begin to unravel. This can feel disorienting, even frightening. But it is often within these depths that true transformation begins. In She Who Descends, we explore the courage it takes to face our shadows, the wisdom held within our wounds, and the profound healing that becomes possible when we stop running from the parts of ourselves that long to be seen. The descent is not the end of the journey. It is the doorway to remembrance. Kenosis – She Who Remembers Awaken • Heal • Remember

Episode 7: Sacred Union
Episode 7 – The Sacred Union In this episode of Kenosis – She Who Remembers, Donna explores the deeper meaning of sacred union and the role relationships play in our personal evolution. Partnership often acts as a mirror, revealing both our light and our unhealed wounds. Through awareness, relationships become powerful spaces for growth, healing, and transformation. Donna reflects on how our earliest experiences of love shape the patterns we bring into adulthood, the balance between sovereignty and connection, and the dance of sacred masculine and feminine energies within all partnerships. Sacred union is not about perfection or dependency — it is about two sovereign souls meeting in truth, reflection, and growth.

Episode 6: Daily Devotion
Episode 6 – Daily Devotion Kenosis – She Who Remembers Devotion is not spectacle. It is not performance. It does not shout to be seen. Devotion is the quiet return. The breath you take instead of abandoning yourself. The moment you soften instead of react. The promise you keep to your own becoming. In this episode, I speak of daily devotion not as discipline — but as sacred remembering. A returning to the woman beneath the noise. The woman beneath the roles. The woman who is slowly, steadily rising. We explore: • The holy power of choosing yourself in ordinary moments • How sovereignty is built through small, consistent acts of self-honouring • The difference between intensity and true devotion • Why healing anchors through rhythm, not force • How daily tending becomes a pathway back to self-trust Sovereignty is not forged in a single breakthrough. It is cultivated in the unseen rituals. In the candles lit when no one is watching. In the quiet promises kept within your own heart. If you feel the call to anchor more deeply into yourself… to live as devotion rather than chase transformation… this episode is for you. If this remembering speaks to something ancient within you, you are welcome in the circle: www.kenosis.com.au

Episode 5 - The Child Within
Kenosis – She Who Remembers Episode 5: The Child Within In this deeply personal episode, Donna explores the tender terrain of the inner child — the part of us that learned how to survive before it learned how to feel safe. Through storytelling, nervous system awareness, and gentle reflection, she shares how early wounds — especially those that were unseen, unvalidated, or silenced — continue to shape our adult reactions, relationships, and sense of worth. This episode weaves together: The body’s memory of trauma How the nervous system holds unresolved fear The difference between reacting as an adult and responding from the wounded child The power of self-validation and re-parenting Why sovereignty begins with compassion for the younger self Donna speaks openly about her own experiences of shock, vulnerability, and childhood anxiety — and how holding space for the “little one within” is not weakness, but profound strength. This is an invitation to soften. To listen. To remember that healing is not about fixing yourself — it is about finally sitting beside the child who needed you. If this episode speaks to you, share it with someone who may be quietly carrying their younger self alone.

Episode 4: The Flaming Bridge
In this episode, we arrive at the heart — the flaming bridge. The axis that connects the lower and higher, the human and the divine, matter and spirit. Here, we explore the heart not only as the seat of love, but as mirror, compass, temple, and flame. It is through the heart that we see ourselves reflected in others, are guided toward truth, and return home to unconditional love. We also tend the wounds carried here: the heartbreak that makes us human, and the mother wound — the deep imprint left when our first experience of love was conditional, absent, or overwhelming. Healing the heart is not about blame, but about compassion. By mothering ourselves, we soften the armour, and remember that love does not have to be earned — it is who we are. The flame of the heart burns away fear, grief, and separation, leaving only love. This is where we are invited to return again and again: to the bridge, to the flame, to the centre of who we are.

Episode 3: I WILL Speak
Episode 3: I WILL Speak There comes a moment on the path of awakening when silence is no longer an option. In this episode, I WILL Speak, I explore the reclamation of voice — not as performance, explanation, or defence, but as truth rising from the body, the heart, and the soul. This is a reflection on what happens when we have been conditioned to stay quiet, to keep the peace, to swallow our knowing, and how that silencing fractures our relationship with ourselves. I speak into the ancestral and personal roots of suppression, the cost of not being heard, and the courage it takes to move from self-betrayal into self-trust. This is not about shouting to be seen — it is about standing in embodied truth and allowing your voice to come home to you. This episode is an invitation to notice where you still hold back, where fear, shame, or conditioning tightens your throat or closes your heart — and to gently, compassionately begin loosening those binds. Your voice is not something you earn. It is something you remember. A powerful episode for anyone reclaiming sovereignty, authenticity, and the right to speak from the deepest place within.

Episode 2: The Sacred Chalice
S2, Episode 2 — The Sacred Chalice For centuries, the Chalice was treated as an object — a sacred cup to be found, protected, or fought over. But mystics always knew the truth. The Chalice was never outside of us. In this episode of Kenosis – She Who Remembers, we explore the Sacred Chalice as the inner field — the living vessel within the body where life, creation, memory, and manifestation occur. Following on from Episode 1: I AM Sovereign, this conversation moves from declaration into embodiment. Into the womb space, the belly, the creative centre of the body where intuition, grief, pleasure, and ancestral memory are held. This is an invitation to reconnect with the body not as something to control or override — but as a sacred vessel capable of holding truth without collapse. Sovereignty must be embodied to be lived. The Chalice is not found — it is remembered. And it lives within you.

S2: Episode 1: I AM Sovereign
Welcome to Series Two of Kenosis – She Who Remembers: The Integration. In Series One, The Awakening, we journeyed together to remember the truth beneath the illusion — to recognise the patterns that keep women disconnected from their power, their worth, and their voice. Series Two deepens this work. This is the path of integration — learning how to live consciously within our real lives, not apart from them. In Episode One: I AM Sovereign, we return to the beginning. To the essence of who you are beneath roles, expectations, and conditioning. This is a remembering of ancient wisdom — once hidden in the sacred and the unseen — now ready to be lived, embodied, and claimed. This is not about becoming something new. It is about inhabiting who you already are. Welcome back, sister. The journey continues.

Series 2: Introduction
Welcome to Kenosis – She Who Remembers: Series Two, The Integration. This season is an invitation into embodiment — into living what has already been remembered. Beyond the moment of awakening, beyond insight and revelation, this is the quiet work of integration. The work of bringing truth into the body. Of allowing remembrance to shape our breath, our boundaries, our relationships, and our rhythm of living — moment by moment, choice by choice.

Episode 13 - Temple of the Sacred Remembering
Temple of the Sacred Remembering – Episode 13 Series One Finale: The Awakening There comes a moment in every journey of remembrance when the soul finally turns inward — not to seek, but to remember. In this final episode of Series One, Donna enters the Temple of the Sacred Remembering, a space beyond time where the stories, wounds, and wisdom of all that has been converge. Here, she reflects on the journey of The Awakening — the thresholds crossed, the shadows embraced, and the voice reclaimed. It is a closing ceremony for all who have walked alongside her through these 13 transmissions… women and men remembering their divine essence, their truth, and their belonging. This episode is both an ending and a beginning — a sacred pause before the next series, The Integration, begins in 2026. Come sit within the temple, breathe deeply, and allow your heart to remember what it has always known: you are sacred, you are whole, you are home.

Episode 12 - She Who Dances with the Moon
In this episode of Kenosis – She Who Remembers, we journey into the sacred dance between the Moon, menstruation, and menopause. We explore the ancient wisdom of the menstrual cycle as a mirror of the moon’s phases — New, Waxing, Full, and Waning — and the finer flow of her eight phases. Together, we remember the initiation of womanhood, honour the thresholds of bleeding and menopause, and reclaim our rhythm as sovereign beings. I share my personal story of menopause and the Chiron Return, revealing how our deepest wounds become our greatest teachers, and how aligning with lunar and planetary cycles offers us a compass back to truth. This episode is an invitation to reconnect with your body, your emotions, and the cosmos. Whether you bleed or not, the memory of the cycle lives within your bones. You are cyclical. You are moon-called. You are rising.

Episode 11 - My Body My Truth
In this deeply personal and raw episode, Donna shares her own story of sexual assault and the long journey of healing that followed. With tenderness and courage, she explores the impact trauma has on the body, intimacy, and self-worth — and the sacred path of reclaiming safety, voice, and truth. This conversation is not only about one woman’s experience, but a mirror for the collective story of women across generations whose bodies have carried silence, shame, and suppression. Donna weaves her own healing with reflections on support, somatic practices, and the power of breaking the silence. My Body, My Truth is an invitation to listen, witness, and remember that healing is possible — that our bodies hold wisdom, and that by honouring our truth, we begin to write a new story of sovereignty.

Episode 10 -We Come From Strong Women
This episode is a prayer, a remembering, and a reclaiming. We come from women who bled quietly, birthed through pain, and held generations together with bare hands and tired hearts. Their names may not be written in history books, but their strength lives in our blood, our bones, our breath. In this transmission, Donna traces the stories of our mothers, grandmothers, and great-grandmothers across the world — women who endured silence, judgment, and erasure, and yet carried resilience, wisdom, and fire. From suffragettes to Indigenous elders, revolutionaries to the unsung mothers who simply survived, this is an honoring of the women who kept the flame alive. This episode is an altar of remembrance. A call to honor the ones who came before. And an invitation to walk forward with ancient eyes, remembering who we are. ✨ We come from strong women. And now, it is our turn.

Episode 9 - The Sacredness of Sisterhood
Across cultures and centuries, women have always gathered in circles — to honor the moon, to share wisdom, to heal, to rise together. This episode explores the history of women’s circles, the goddesses and archetypes who presided over them, and why they were feared and outlawed. Sisterhood is not a luxury — it is medicine. A remembering. A lifeline.

Episode 8 - Grief is not a Glow Up
Grief is not something to be packaged neatly or praised as a transformation. It is not a “glow up.” It is a sacred unraveling. In this episode of Kenosis – She Who Remembers, Donna speaks to the uncomfortable truth of grief—how society tells us to smile, tidy up, and carry on while we are breaking inside. She shares personal stories of how loss, heartbreak, and trauma reshaped her body and spirit, and how people often mistook her suffering for strength or beauty. Through ancestral wisdom, ritual practices, and the remembering of women’s traditions of keening and communal mourning, this conversation invites us to honor grief as a river we move with—not past. We explore how grief is not weakness but love that has nowhere to go, and how giving voice to it awakens something ancient within our bones: tenderness, resilience, and remembrance. This is an episode for anyone who has been told to “stay strong” when what you really felt was shattered. For every woman who has hidden her tears behind a mask. For every heart carrying loss in silence. Themes we explore: Why grief is not a glow up, trend, or quick fix How society praises appearance over truth Ancestral traditions of keening, ritual, and collective mourning The body’s response to grief and trauma Reframing grief as a sacred passage and act of remembrance Length: ~40 minutes Podcast Series: Kenosis – She Who Remembers

Episode 7 - The Need for Imperfection
We live in a world that praises polish over honesty. Perfect homes, perfect bodies, perfect parenting, even perfect spirituality. But beneath the striving, so many of us are breaking, exhausted, disconnected from who we really are. In this episode, Donna shares her own story of chasing impossible standards and the suffering perfection created. She explores how women have been trapped in the distortion of the male gaze, the archetypal journey of Maiden, Mother, and Wise Woman, and why the cracks — the messy, raw places — are the fertile ground for growth and freedom. Imperfection is not weakness. It is the doorway. The place where life enters. The threshold where the Wild Woman waits. ✨ Kenosis – She Who Remembers | Episode 7 – The Need for Imperfection

Episode 6 - Trusting Intuition and Reality
In this potent episode, we journey into the quiet hum beneath the noise — the space where intuition lives. A place the world has taught us to doubt, but our soul never forgets. Donna invites you to explore the sacred task of trusting your own inner knowing, especially in a world that often rewards logic, dismisses feeling, and distorts reality. She shares stories from her own path of feminine awakening, guiding us through the subtle ways we abandon our truth and the courageous act of reclaiming it. We reflect on the ancestral silencing of women’s wisdom, the collective gaslighting of feminine perception, and the healing power of tuning back into the body, the field, and the deep knowing that lives within. This episode holds: How to discern intuition from fear or overthinking The role of the third eye and the chakra system in spiritual knowing Donna’s personal story of having an open third eye since childhood Tools for reconnecting to your intuitive compass A soul activation to strengthen your trust in your own reality A call to reclaim the sacred feminine gift of inner guidance — not just for yourself, but for the collective healing of all women This is more than an episode. It’s a remembering. A rising. A return.

Episode 5 - From Guilt and Shame to Sovereignty
For generations, women have carried the heavy cloak of guilt and shame — passed down through silence, religion, roles we didn’t choose, and wounds we weren’t allowed to name. In this episode of Kenosis – She Who Remembers, we unravel these threads. We explore the roots of guilt and shame — personal, ancestral, and cultural We walk through the chakras, where these emotions live in the body We share truth, ritual, and the remembering of your worth And we speak tenderly to the mother within — the one who gave everything, and now chooses to reclaim herself This isn’t about fixing what was broken. It’s about remembering what was never lost. It’s about coming home to the sovereign truth of who you are. Your story matters. Your healing is sacred. Your voice is needed.

Episode 4 - Navigating Soul Healing
What does healing really mean beyond the buzzwords and spiritual gloss? In this episode of Kenosis – She Who Remembers, we step into the raw and sacred terrain of true soul healing — not as a linear fix, but as a deep remembering. I share my personal journey through decades of seeking, self-doubt, and breaking old patterns, and invite you to meet the shadow with compassion rather than shame. Together, we explore: • The truth behind the “healing” trend • How childhood, ancestral, and soul wounds shape us • Common shadow archetypes and how they show up in daily life • The path from self-criticism to self-compassion • Real tools for reclaiming your voice and inner power This isn’t about bypassing or blaming. It’s about reclaiming. Seeing yourself clearly. Loving the parts of you that have been silenced, rejected, or hidden — and becoming whole. Your shadow is not your enemy. She is the guardian of your deepest healing.

Episode 3 - Balancing The Masculine & Feminine
In this episode, we explore the sacred dance of masculine and feminine energies — not as genders, but as essential forces within us all. For generations, many of us were taught to value doing over being, logic over intuition, control over surrender. The inner masculine became overworked and rigid. The feminine, suppressed and forgotten. But true wholeness comes not from rejecting one or favouring the other — it comes from integration. I reflect on how imbalance shows up in our lives: in burnout, people-pleasing, perfectionism, emotional disconnection, or spiritual bypassing. And I guide you through the journey of bringing these inner archetypes into harmony — so your action is rooted in presence, your softness is backed by strength, and your life is led from the heart, not the wound. When the sacred feminine rises within, she does not rise to dominate — she rises to meet the masculine in balance. In rhythm. In truth. This episode is a call to remember your inner union. To honour both your fire and your flow. To become the whole, embodied being you were born to be.

Episode 2 - Reclaiming the Feminine
In this powerful episode, we begin the journey of remembering what was buried — the sacred feminine within us all. Together, we explore the ancient echoes of goddess cultures, the reverence that once existed for the feminine, and the slow silencing that followed. Through colonisation, patriarchy, and religious suppression, the wisdom of women — our intuition, cycles, creativity, and emotional depth — was denied, dismissed, and demonised. But memory lives in our bones. I share my own path of awakening — how I began to feel the ache of this forgetting, and how the feminine rose again within me, not with rage but with a soft and steady roar. This episode is a reclamation of voice, of rhythm, of power. It is a call to every woman who has ever felt too much, not enough, too emotional, too wild — and wondered if her softness was weakness, or if her fire was wrong. The truth is: you were never wrong. You were remembering. Reclaiming the Feminine is about rising from the ashes of shame and silence, and stepping into the ancient knowing that was never truly lost — only hidden. This is your invitation to come home to yourself. To reclaim what was once sacred. And to walk forward in wholeness.

Episode 1 - Why I Created This Podcast
In this opening episode, I invite you into the sacred origin of Kenosis – She Who Remembers. This isn’t just a podcast — it’s a reclamation. A remembering. A transmission from soul to soul. I share my own journey — of learning to speak my truth after decades of shape-shifting to be loved, to belong, to be enough. Like so many women, I learned to contort myself to fit the moulds others gave me. But deep within, a quiet voice never stopped whispering: You were made for more than this performance. You were born to remember who you are. This episode is a raw and real reflection on finding my voice, facing my fears, and walking through the fire with grace, courage, and power. It is a love letter to every woman who has ever doubted her worth, silenced her truth, or forgotten her divine inheritance. Kenosis is for the woman who is ready to shed the old stories. To reclaim her worth. To awaken her gifts. To rise into the power that was always hers. You don’t have to do it alone. Let’s walk each other home.
