Lessons Learned From...
by Jenny Muchnikoff
Everyone's life is constantly changing and evolving. Someone could be saying 'yes' to a new opportunity, while someone else could be dealing with a period of heartbreak and sorrow. My point being; we're all on our own journeys. But while life comes at us all fast, this podcast is meant to be a space to press pause. During each episode, I'll reflect on the lessons learned from my life, talking about my experience with everything from more serious topics like loss and mental health to sillier ones like the worst first dates of my life as well as ones I think every 20-something can relate to, like navigating my quarter life crisis. I hope to create a place where everyone can grow together and take away something from each episode, whether it be a much-needed laugh, a good cry, some free advice, or even a little bit of inspiration.

Episode 4: Growing Pains

Despite that, I've made many scary major life decisions this year, blindly trusting that they were best for me and that everything would work out. In this episode, I share some of those decisions, including leaving my job without any semblance of a plan and 'crying, screaming, throwing up' my way through what seems like every anti-anxiety medicine in the book.Episode Mixtape:For when it's hard to breathe: I Think I'm Growing?, Quarter Life Crisis, Bruises, Don't Tell My Mom, Call Your Mom (with Lizzy McAlpine), 24
