Let's talk about Jesus with Tavia Kidwell

Today we read 1 Corinthains 13:4-7, 1 John 2:15-17, 1 John 4:7-8 and are encouraged to seek Gods true love and grow in it.

We read Psalm 107:14 and are reminded that Jesus breaks every chain. We pray for this today in our message.

Today we read James 3:13-18 and we pray for God's Desires!

Today we read Hebrews 11:1 and are reminded that our confidence rests in God, even when we cannot see. Let us be inspired this new year, in every season, to trust and have faith in Him.

Today we read Romans 11:36 and are reminded that our ultimate purpose in life is to glorify God in all things.

We read John 1:12 and Romans 8:16-17 and are encouraged through scripture that we know who we are and fellowship with Jesus Christ we are transformed over time to be more like him.

Today we read Jeremiah 33:3 and are encouraged to call on the Lord. What happens when we seek him? He answers us and gives us understanding of his word and purpose for our lives.

We read Ephesians 6: 10-12 and are encouraged to put on the whole armor of God. The weapons that God has given us are available for you today and through Jesus Christ we will be able to overcome the enemy.

Today we read Proverbs 18:21 and Philippians 2:14-15 and are remind on the way we should speak. I want to encourage you to take time with the Lord, reflect on your words, and strive to use your tongue for good.

We read John 8:12 and Jesus shares that he is the light and walking with him we will not walk in darkness. Knowing the true knowledge and presence of God we can be encouraged that we are not alone.

We read Matthew 6:5-14 and Jesus gives us the example for how we should pray. Lets be encouraged to seek the Lord in prayer everyday!

Today we read Matthew 17:20 and are reminded that with our faith in Jesus nothing is impossible.

Today, we read Jeremiah 17:7 and Psalms 20:7. We are reminded that we can trust in the Lord and that we find our self-confidence in him and not in the world. I want to encourage you to pray, read your Bible and spend time with the Lord today and he will give you the self-confidence that you need.

Today we read Proverbs 8:13 and Psalm 86:11 and are reminded in God's word how we are to Fear him. I want to encourage you today to spend time with the Lord. He loves you and wants to align his heart with yours.

Today we read John 15:13 and are reminded that Jesus is our True Friend.

We read Proverbs 4:23 and God tells us "above all else, guard your heart for everything you do flows from it." Our heart is like a treasure chest and God has given us many gifts and the enemy would like to try and steal them away, but they don't belong to him. They were given to you as a gift. Stand strong and guard your heart today!

We read Hebrews 13:15-16 and are reminded of what pleases our God. I want to encourage you today to spend time with the Lord and see what sacrifices you have made for the Lord or what you can make to him. Jesus made the ultimate sacrifice by dying for our sins and through his blood we are sanctified!

We read Isaiah 26:3 & Philippians 4:7 and are reminded that God is our source of peace and he guards our heart and mind. Be encouraged today to spend time with the Lord and pray for his perfect peace!

We read 2 Timothy 1:7 and are reminded that God doesn't give you a spirit of fear, but of power, love and a sound mind. What fear are you holding on to today? The weapons in overcoming the enemy is the The Word, prayer and worship. I want to encourage you today to say Goodbye to fear!

We read James 1:21 and are reminded to put away all filthiness and rampant wickedness and receive with meekness the implanted word, which is able to save your souls. This goes to show us that Jesus cares about us and he wants to implant his word and if we humble ourselves he can clean up and heal the secret garden of our heart. Be encouraged today to spend time with the Lord and ask him to be the landscaper of your heart!

We read 2 Timothy 2:21-22 and are reminded how fleeing from our sinful passions and pursing the Lord we are able to be used as a Holy Vessel to do good works. What a wonderful reminder for us today that God loves us and wants to use us to do great things for the Kingdom! Be encouraged today to spend time with the Holy Spirit and ask him how you can be used to do good works for the Lord.

We read Romans 6:21 and are reminded through God's word how sin can effect the fruit that is growing in our lives and how the Holy Spirit can help us remove it so we can live our lives holy and for the Lord. Be encouraged today to spend time with the Holy Spirit and ask him to show you where in your life you have allowed sin in. He is our helper and he wants to help remove the fruit that is growing destructively in our lives.

We read Isaiah 41:13 and are reminded not to be afraid, be strong, the Lord has us and he will lead us. What area do you feel Fear is trying to creep in? Ask the Lord for his help today!

I share how I came to Christ as a young child and how quickly the devil tried to put doubt in my mind. Be encouraged today to share what God has done for you with someone and I pray God's blessing for you.
