I was confused by this, because I know that God‘s yolk is easy. I realized I wasn’t feeling burdened by the Lord, I was feeling burdened by the world. Something so simple that I completely forgot to consider, is that I don’t have to carry the burden of the world because Jesus has already overcome the world! If we look at the life of Christ, we see that he listened, he knew everything about everybody, he was all knowing. Yet, He still sat and listened. I used to sugar coat this and say “well, not hard just challenging, but I’m grateful,” while this is true, it is just plain hard at times. Something I have learned is you have to have confidence in the hard, confidence and trust knowing that your no’s and yes’s have an eternal effect.

I use to feel bad for having negative emotions to God, but then I learned you can feel your feelings and still know your truth. The truth, He knows more than I.
