"We the People" Deserve Better - Let's Heal Our Abusive Relationship
Send a textThe episode addresses the interconnection between our personal healing and the collective struggles in a politically charged climate.- Let's acknowledge the heaviness of recent political events and a leader that attempts to divide us (recorded 2/1/25)- Recognize when your nervous system is activated. Get out of survival brain and reaction and into strategic / creative response- Understand we have deep wounds as a nation that need to be healed- A reminder that we should ALL be trying to bring Heaven to Earth- Be sure to take aligned actions with your valuesIn a society that thinks love, generosity, and vulnerability is a weakness, demonstrate it's a strength. In an empire that relies on lies, get comfortable by using your God-given discernment and get comfortable in your own truth. In an empire that relies on separation and division and using labels as a way to scapegoat, get curious and get into community. Your energy is your life force. Be sure to make sure you know where your energy is flowing and where you want it to go. Follow your passion and fire. Don't be afraid to start small. Don't be afraid to start and not be 100% right. Certainly look for other people that are doing something that you are interested in. Get in collective discussions with each other and community with each other. When we do that, we have a lot of power. So in summary, though we have a president that you could say has fascist tendencies that may want to divide us for the benefit of the oligarchs, we do actually have power, even if they'd like to think that we don't. We do have power. We also get to decide what type of world and country we live in, regardless of the president. So make America kind again. This episode is for entertainment purposes.
