September 2022 The Crowning Series Attunement The Throat Chakra - Constantia Nek, Cape Peninsula Mountain Range Colour: Sky Blue, Sound: O (as in Mom), Direction: The ever expanding sphere. Since the beginning of this year we have been moving with Healing Song through the human chakra system together with the rainbow chakra system that has been identified in the Cape Peninsula Mountain Range in South Africa, one chakra per month. We have been making this movement following the ancient pathway of the 7 Tiered Labyrinth - a magnificent manifestation pathway. The Blue tier is the last before entering the Centre - place of Listening where all is one. This is the time to Open Voice, to speak and sound authentically the heart song of the moment - each of us our own unique harmonic. As we are still on the inward moving path it is also a time of refinement, of practice, or learning and remembering in this challenging process of re-discovering and practicing authenticity with-in the truth of Love that is Unconditional, as Equals with All in this realm Together with-in Gaia, and honouring of her chosen Way - Freedom of Choice. This month of the Equinox is a good time to Pray, a very good time. Pray together with the Songline nearly Open and ringing to the Centre, with-in the Body of Human, supported by Stone and Water, ancient memory, flow and vast dense, high vibrational Body of Gaia. The Planetary Being Gaia is profoundly wise, and she is our body. Perhaps we simply need to get out of our own way... When I sang this Healing Song it was very challenging! Surprisingly so for I am a very open, free Voice.. but this wasn't me singing me, it was me singing a Healing Song for the Throat frequencies of all of the Children of Gaia - for emerging Truth - for the Crowning of humanity awakening true Gaia Consciousness with-in. I cried, I sat, and then the song came. It was truly profound! I was shown an open way, a rebirth and a new birth of Hue-man form. The scent of Rose filled my being. It was profound. The 3rd Eye, the colour Indigo, the sound (from the system I work with) Mmmmm, the direction 2, the element of Mind… We find this major Chakra Point in the land in the Mountains of the Cape Peninsula on the face of Table Mountain. When I went to sing the healing song I wasn’t sure just where the centre spot was, so I went to a place I know well - an ancient place for Prayers by the Water on the Mountain, a place for Women’s Prayer Works. There I sat and sang. In scanning the face of the Mountain I found the central point of the Chakra along to my left, so I directed the song there and sang from there. Later Dean let me know I was spot of - that it is centred in the crack and trail called Platteklip. I remember when singing this Healing Song being told very clearly that this song is simply a base song, and is meant to be sung ontop of and together with… So here, more than ever, I invite you to put your inhabitions aside, to relax your critical mind and allow your voice to flow and create, and weave together with the feelings and imaaginal impulses that open in you while you are recieving this song. Turn the volume up loud so that you can really open, and dance the frequencies of Mind that co-create your living experience with your voice allowing both you ‘man mind’ and your 'woman mind’ to play and dance! Dean Liprini of the Sacred Sites Foundation had told me that he found the Crown frequencies covering a fairly large area within the City Bowl somewhere between the Gardens and the Castle. Walking through the City streets singing, listening and feeling for tangles in the Crown petals, and combing them out with song was a beautiful experience.. Singing the City awake and meeting the early morning commuters along the way.. having my feet washed by the road washing truck - so much fun! In the Cape Peninsula Mountain Range, South Africa the Higher Heart chakra point is located in Elephant's Eye cave, in Silvermine - mountain I call Silver. It is a profound thing - the eye of the Elephant: seer of, and remover of obstacles is aligned with the higher heart. To me it resonates. Recently I had a profound dialogue with a vast and wise being, and he helped me to enter into the Silence - that which exists with-in every moment, with-in the Eye of the Storm - and the place of entry is the Higher Heart. "Relax, be yourself, and return to the Silence again and again," said he. In the Cape Penninsula Mountain Range there are two Heart Chakra points as identified by geomancer Dean Liprini: the Central Heart - Ascention Cave, and the Higher Heart - Elephants Eye, Cave, thus we are blessed to have two months ahead of us to Be with-in the frequencies of the Heart, each to be healed and taught by our Hearts song. This next step we enter the Central Heart - what I call the Home of the Heart, that place with 4 chambers that I often imagine as a home warmed by a fire at it's centre. I like to throw open the windows to let in the breath of life, this moments spirit winds, and hug her with my Mother and Father lungs as if she (my Heart) were the child... 🙂 The pathway into Ascention Cave passes through the Cave of Ancestors, here called Peers Cave. When there our guide Levi told us that there were found 13 skeletons of the first people in the area in this cave - now they are in a museum nearby.. The 13 speaks to me of the 12+1 creation geometries of form. I have long thought of the Heart as a multidymentional gateway, so the presence of the skeletons here made sence to me in the twiddly resonant way things do. I remember when I was singing the healing song with-in Ascention cave the Whales and Dolphyns brought my awareness again to the Root - to Anvil Rock... so I welcome you to sit well rooted upon the Earth plane when you receive this transmission. Further: Visiting the Root to sing Healing Song was a profoundly guided experience. We were told there was a sacred place by the Water - the feminine place, to pray before going to the father stone that is Anvil Rock. The pool called so strongly it was undeniable. From within the Root I again observed the deep black pit with stagnant water - a pit of despair - deep in the Root, the Waters of the Pool played a big support role in bringing light to this place. Still it is true that we are emptying the stagnancy by feeling the despair ourselves. In my observation it arises from a deep sense of abandonment by the father. When I arrived at Anvil Rock and was climbing up to it I was filled with fear initially - fear of being hurt… Then once I’d crawled under his overhang I began to feel the strength and holding of the space; that I was not in danger. I felt an immense love fill me, and an new sense of trust of the father began to blossom in my heart. When I left that place I was clearly directed back to the mother Pool to share my new found blossoming Heart with her, to give thanks, to re-unite… The Root, and the state of the Root speaks to us of our feelings of security, of Home - of being Home.. not only in our communities and families, but first and foremost in our bodies. At the time of this recording South Africans were fighting to preserve the safety for marine life of our coastlines, and the Dolphins and Whales showed themselves to me during this Healing Song, and brought their voices together with mine. We all feel the despair, it is our own, we blame none... we are together in it! When we face the fear, the despair fully, and take ownership of it, allow it to be ours by recognizing that it is resonating within us, thus we are resonating it - that is when we close the separation and stop fighting. It is then that the feeling becomes healing… It is then that the Ocean of Tears that dwells within the creativity of our Rainbow bodies washes, and opens light in the darkness, the stagnant Waters re-member Life, and we again find ourselves Home. I pray a path of rainbows breaking through the dark clouds of fear, abandonment & despair to us all on our Journeys Home.

Following the flow of the Rainbow Labyrinth we move from the Solar Plexus into the Sacral Chakra - breathing and walking our refined and aligned intentions from the Sun of our unique divine wills into the waters of co-creation. Here begins the dance of passion, of the masculine and feminine in-forming our Art with in us, and reflected around us. There is a great amount of shadow and corrupt interplay expressed through the sacral channels of our beings - the natural wild and free flow of love that births new experiences/things/beings is under the influence of radical interference following 100's if not 1000's of years of distorted translation of the flow of creative energy - also called Eros. I had massive resistance arise within me, absolute chaos! When I got there, finding the fence running between the masculine and feminine polarities if this sacred space explained a lot to me...
