The present moment is all we have and taking a few moments to breathe and give gratitude for the present being a gift, ushers and an inner peace and calm that we can carry throughout the day or take with us as we go into our slumber.

    Dealing with Grief Meditation

    This meditation is dedicated to my 17-year-old dog and life companion “Keylo“ whom I lost on July 25, 2022. My life has been forever changed by his presence and now, in his absence. Working through the grief has been a very difficult task, but through meditation, it has also helped me move to forward, while still holding our memories dear to my heart. I hope you find some solace and peace in my words.

The key is to feel the emotions associated with having already manifested these desires, creating a sense of gratitude and abundance in the present moment. Through this positive energy and intention setting, the Meditation helps, reinforce your belief and the possibility of realizing your goals.
