Ron Mencer is a long-time television & film producer turned entrepreneur who believes business should reflect conviction, not compromise. After more than 30 years in media, he is now focused on building brands rooted in discipline, faith, and family. Ron is a husband, father of two, and is passionate about equipping men to lead boldly at home and in the marketplace.

Andrew Olson is a Southern California native who is happily married with two young boys. He is an advertising executive and an entrepreneur as well as an avid skiier and long-distance runner.He leads a weekly bible study and also founded a men's group called HomeFront which meets once a month. It is a group for men to challenge and encourage each other to be better husbands, fathers, and Christians. HomeFront was the inspiration behind Men At The Gate podcast so having Andrew as my first guest made perfect sense.
