Welcome to the first episode of what I hope will be many: Midlife Muddle is a space where I speak to you all, warts and all, about the real experiences of reaching midlife, muddling through all the challenges that it brings - and specifically as a neuro-divergent woman with various health issues. I promise it's less gloomy than that makes it sound! This first episode is just a brief introduction, and I talk a little about some books I've listened to recently, some of what's been going on in my life, and the ever important theory of the Fuck Bucket!
