MindAbility Matters with Alan Trim - co-founder of Oxydise
I've tried them all - the red light helmets, the evening primrose tablets - no one, but no one tells you how bad the menopause is going to be and I've been on a mission to find a full healthcare regime that works for me. Little did I realise that one of the answers was literally down the road from me! I met Alan who is one of the founders of Oxydise who manufacture red light therapy beds and hyperbaric oxygen chambers. BOTH of these pieces of technology have turned things around for me. More energy, less bloating, my hair is beginning to grow back. There is so much more to this technology and Alan shares how these products have been helping elite sporting athletes and those with illnesses. Like me he is eternally curious - which is how he originally found out about whatthese technologies can do when he had nowhere else to turn. He is also Board of Undersea Medicine Qualified. This is very different for us and WELL worth a listen!
