Meditation   Let’s spend a moment in meditation prayer.   Let’s start with a deep breath, breathe in and out.   Meditation means to run your mind over a thought or idea.   The truth is that we all meditate, we all run our minds over thoughts or ideas, it’s just that many of us meditate on worries and fears.   Let’s meditate on God and his truth.   Let’s meditate on Psalm 27  together. The Lord is my light and my salvation;     whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life;     of whom shall I be afraid? Let’s move our minds and hearts in this direction today and this week.   Perhaps repeat this in your heart or out loud, quietly to yourself. God is my light God is my salvation God is my safety   Take a moment and think on this content Psalm 19:14 -  Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight, O Lord, my rock and my redeemer.   Take a moment and align your heart to this content Psalm 49:3 -  My mouth shall speak wisdom; the meditation of my heart shall be understanding.   This ancient Christian practice is available to you each day.
