Jesus gave gifts to every man, but to some he gave special gifts to build his church. Too many times we have presents but fail to open our gifts.

We remember Jesus, but what about the others?

Many times we talk about Jesus but forget about the others. Today, we discuss the water carriers.

During the study of the gospels, we spend much of our time discussing Jesus and his disciples, but lets take some time to view the works of the others. More people played a part in the ministry and the spread of the gospel. Lets learn from them...no act is too small.

Today we look at the parables of leaven and the parable of the mustard seed. Both affect the environment they are placed in.... how do you affect the environment that you have been placed in? Do you expand the the kingdom of God and the fruit of spirit? Mat. 13:31-34

As we continue our study into the parables of Jesus, lets take a look at the parable of the weeds. You will find this story in Matthew 13:24–43 where Jesus talks about a farmer whose field of wheat was invaded by weeds planted by an enemy. What would you do if you saw weeds in your beautiful garden? Can you distigush between the weeds and the plants before they blossom?

For the next 4 weeks we will be looking at the parables of jesus and applying them to our lives today. Today we look at the parable of the 10 virgins. Will you be ready?

As we continue our study of our Gates, we look at the gate of our nose. Smells change our contenece, our thoughts, and more. Smells can trigure memories and even turn our minds in all directions. God is affected by the smell of prayer and sacrifice but what smells have we been sending up? Has it be a smell of sacrifice or a smell of a sinful life?

With all the distractions of life, I wonder if we can hear God. Do we even what to listen to him? Are you ready to act on his words? How do we hear him when we as so intuned to everything else?

As we continue to look at the gates or sense, we turn our attentions to our mouths. God says the power of life and death are in the tongue so what are you doing to manage it? How are we governing what goes in and comes out?

As I wake this morning, I see that God has called us to be something great. You have value in the sight of God and he is willing to work with what ever you bring but you have to be willing to change.

God had me take sometime to study the animal kingdom and in particular the farm animals. Today we look at the goat and how he is different from the sheep. Everyone want to be the G.O.A.T but do you really know what that takes?

As I have had to deal with a teenager transitioning to manhood I have found a need to explain stewardship. Explaining the need to manage your finances and future to a young person is chore but needed. God is having the same conversation with us... how are you managing what you have?

Life hits us all, we struggle with life, and we try our best but lose our footing. Yet I hear God say " Look Up! and DIG IN"

Many times we have heard our parents say" Eat what is on your plate" but have you ever thought that God is saying the same thing? What if everything that is in your life had a purpose?

As we continue our conversation on the book of Samuel and the first two kings of Israel, we discuss King David. Who says farm boy can't be king? You don't know what God can do with you until you are will to let him show you. Who says you can't be what God has called you to be?

As we journey with God we will question his selection of us. Wew may even tell God it isnt me and begin to hide ourselves but God still called you. You are not perfect but God say you are perfect for this and what you lack he will provide. Trust him.

As I travel into work every morning God shows me something new in the world to be thankful for. Life is a lesson God gives us to see his glory. We are the light of the world to reflect the beauty of the lord. This is a continuation of the message: " the Operation" Eph. 4:11-16 We cannot do this alone... we must do this together.
