A Tale of Two Temples
Acts 2:1-21God’s temples were always meant to be a place for God’s presence and glory.Exodus 40:34-38, 2 Chronicles 7:1-3, Ezekiel 43:1-7, Haggai 2:1-9On the first Pentecost, after Jesus resurrection, God’s presence and glory entered and empowered the disciples.People, not a place, became temples of the Holy Spirit. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20The promise of the Holy Spirit is meant to build God’s kingdom. Acts 2:37-47It is not about the gifts!People filled with the Holy Spirit are saved and selfless. Deuteronomy 15:7-11Are you a temple of the Holy Spirit?
