Mufti Ismail Menk (Ismail ibn Musa Menk), born on June 27, 1975, in Harare, Zimbabwe, is a globally recognized Islamic scholar, preacher, motivational speaker, and the Grand Mufti of Zimbabwe.  He is the head of the Fatwa Department for the Council of Islamic Scholars of Zimbabwe (Majlisul Ulama Zimbabwe) and serves as an Imam at the Arcadia Masjid in Harare. Known for his down-to-earth, practical, and compassionate approach to Islam, he emphasizes core values such as sincerity, compassion, respect, self-improvement, and community building. He studied Shariah Law at the Islamic University of Madinah in Saudi Arabia and specialized in Fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence) at Darul Uloom Kantharia in Gujarat, India, following the Hanafi school of thought.  His teachings, often delivered through his popular "Motivational Moments" series, are widely shared via YouTube, social media, and global lectures.  He has been named one of "The 500 Most Influential Muslims" annually since 2010 and holds an Ho
