Building The Kingdom In You: Living In The Past Is Sin
Pastor Matthews’ message admonished the hearers that clinging to past failures, disappointments, or identities disqualifies believers from receiving Goid’s present and future blessings.. The Apostle Paul reminds us in Phil 3:13 to forget what is behind and press forward to what lies before us. God’s plans are always forward-looking. Our new identity in Christ requires a mindset shift from scarcity and limited provision to unity with God and abundance.

Uprooting Old Paths: New Life
The central message is clear: God’s power is available to all who believe, resist doubt, and walk steadfastly in faith, assured that every “old path” of trauma and limitation can be uprooted and replaced with new life, hope, and victory in Christ. Doubt is identified as evil because it interferes with God’s work and the believer’s faith walk. Believers are encouraged to uproot doubt and limiting thoughts, replacing them with God’s truth and promises. Trauma is defined as a deep psychological and spiritual wounding that affects belief and mental patterns. Such trauma creates “old paths” or mental strongholds that reinforce doubt, unbelief, and negative self-perceptions.

Trauma Unresolved Creates Doubt
Pastor Matthews explained Jesus’ death, burial, resurrection, and ascension as a movement from defeat to victory, from limitation to limitless authority. Believers share in Christ’s throne-room position, enabling a life of victory, authority, and rest while on earth. The cross represents a new level of living, not an endpoint. The resurrection of Jesus Christ ushers believers into a new kingdom reality characterized by no boundaries, victory, and supernatural authority.

Trauma Unresolved Creates Doubt
Pastor Matthews reinforced the truth that unresolved trauma in the soul hinders the believer from fully receiving and manifesting the power of God’s spoken word. This message highlights the necessity of repairing inner wounds through faith, prophetic declaration, and a mindset transformation. The word of God is the fertilizer that brings heaven’s reality into human earthly existence. Repetition of the spoken word of God renews the mind and cleanses the soul.

Building The Kingdom ’26: “Qualified”: The Unrationed Life
Pastor Matthews emphasized the believer’s authority in Christ, the power of faith filled decrees, and overcoming scarcity trauma. We should recognize God as the inexhaustible source of all provision and abundance. The universe reflects His supply chain, and abundance is our spiritual birthright. Despite past failures, we should endeavor to forgive ourselves and others who have hindered our progress. Through Christ, we are made alive and raised with Him, sharing equally in His life and authority.

How Was Doubt Created?
Pastor Matthews shared the revelation that the whole reason God raised up prophets in the Bible was to eliminate doubt. Unbelief and doubt restricts the believer from walking in the full manifestation of all that has been obtained for us through thee finished work of Jesus Christ. Traumatic things in life can be road blockers because they contribute to doubt in one’s mind. It is only through making consistent God-ordained decrees that we correct all that was lost in Adam, aligning our words with the good outcomes we desire. Pastor Matthews also provided an example of decrees the congregation can make daily.

The Path of Recovery
Pastor Matthews provided detailed exposition on trauma, shame, recovery, and spiritual renewal with key biblical texts (1 Samuel 30, Ezekiel 37). He explained that feelings of worthlessness or humiliation often accompany trauma, creating a toxic self-perception. Deep-rooted shame causes individuals to believe they are inherently flawed or unlovable. This trauma-induced state causes a person to become emotionally or physically paralyzed, preventing action. It is through spoken faith declarations that align one’s mind and spirit with God’s promises, facilitating breakthrough.

21 Days to the New Life
Pastor Matthews emphasized the importance of a transformational shift in mindset, speech, and identity for believers. The power of faith-filled speech helps in overcoming past trauma and limiting beliefs through alignment with God’s kingdom. Believers are not just members of a church but are citizens of a spiritual kingdom (Luke 22:29). This kingdom operates differently from the natural realm, primarily through speech motivated by faith. The process of spiritual renewal and shifting to abundance is likened to cleaning out a cluttered closet. Initially, the mess may worsen as old junk, vestiges, and trauma surface, but persistence leads to freedom, order, and abundance.

Dry Bones of Qualification Live Again
Pastor Matthews reinforces the call to align earthly life with heavenly authority through faith declarations. He introduces a new hashtag: #NoMoreDisses – Addressing emotional disqualification such as dis-ease, disorder, and disaster by embracing God’s restoration. Digging Wells In The Valley III
Pastor Matthews exhorted the church to speak God's word aloud to cause substances to align with what is said. His word is the substance that created all things and causes created substances to move into alignment. Commit to twenty-one consecutive days of affirmations, declarations, and decrees to break old habits and establish new mental patterns, as Daniel prayed for twenty-one days to shift the natural realm, and scientists confirm it takes twenty-one days to create a new habit. This consistency causes declarations and decrees to shift from repetition to reality in you.

Portals, Pathways, And The Power To Manifest The Kingdom
We are reminded to consistently hear and engage in the Word of God until it becomes alive in our spirits, and manifests in our earth. As kings and priests unto our God, we are responsible to function as Kingdom Governors over our territories. We are compelled to understand heavenly laws like asking, seeking, and knocking to manifest God's will on earth. Our assigned angels await our orders as Kingdom Govenors.

Fertilizing A Feminine Universe
Shift mindset, words, and outlook to align with your new identity—God raises from the dung hill to sit with princes but requires attitude alignment. Dig ditches in the valley by speaking faith and declarations before natural evidence appears—God will supernaturally fill what you declare. Expect supernatural provision without natural signs like wind or rain—speak words of faith and God fills needs according to His abundance. The universe is feminine and responds only when fertilized with words. It is imperative that right words are spoken because the universe cannot tell the difference.
