Notes on Loving

Aliyah chats to Tania and Haja, who both feature in the short film ‘Loving’. They chat about growing through love, being eldest daughters and love in the creative industry. Tania is an actor, director, poet and co-founder of Black in the Day, and Haja is a curator, writer, and researcher and co-host of the HOME Impressions podcast.

Aliyah chops it up with Founder of the Free Black University, Melz Owusu. They explore Melz' love of academia, and love as spiritual practice and its effects on interpersonal relationships. What does spiritual hygiene mean to you?
