Taiwan’s satellite program actually started nearly 30 years ago. What has changed along the way, and why insist on “Made in Taiwan” satellites? In this episode, we explore these questions. NYCU has also played a key role. Professor Wu Jong-Shinn, known as “Rocket Uncle,” is the current director of the Taiwan Space Agency and a main driver of FORMOSAT-8.
