Faith Was Never Meant to Be Safe. SDET #15
“Faith is not meant to be safe??”What is she even talking about? That is a question that the host, Deborah, was asked after a previous episode. To clarify, your faith is secure! Your foundation in God does not change. The question is how we live out that faith. It is not about being comfortable and cozy, but about surrender. It is about giving up control and trusting God, even when things don’t feel steady. A perfect example is about Peter in Matthew 14:26-32. The storm did not stop, but Peter stepped out anyway. In this episode, Deborah also shares an encouragement that was sent to her, in hopes that it blesses you too.
