Ep 9. Let's Talk parasite cleanses: with Elena Colombe
We've all seen the parasite cleanse that has flooded our IG and TT feeds. The new world of sexy nutrition, "its so easy just take a pill" has people thinking that they are living with worms in their stomachs. Then there is the Clean 15 and Dirty 12 lists that have been misconstrued from its original use to now be used as a fear tactic to get people to stop eating certain foods. I am joined by Elena Colombe of What the Funk podcast as we talk about each of these diets and how you can royally screw up your gut. Talking all things poop, food, and un-sexy nutrition. Because nothing that took years to break, will be fixed in a day. It takes time to fix.
