It is claimed that the person crying on the floor in the video is the Prime Minister of Italy, Giuseppe Conte. The caption of the video going viral is: “Jai Hind, Jai Bharat. The Prime Minister of Italy is unable to help his country. Please pray for all country, be careful friends.” A TikTok user Gaurav Chauhan has posted this video.

The Lallantop Fact check: Amid coronavirus pandemic in India, a message has gone viral claiming that according to English newspaper "News Letter", Maulana Saad of Tablighi Jamaat donated Rs 1 crore to the Prime Minister's Relief Fund to fight coronavirus. The message, along with an image of "News Letter", is circulating on WhatsApp, Facebook, and Twitter.The viral image shows the front-page headline of "News Letter" dated March 30, 2020, saying, "On March 28, Molana Saad donated an amount of Rs 1 crore to the PM MODI Relief Fund." This comes with a picture of Maulana Saad and some text. The Lallantop's Padtaal team has found the claim to be false as the viral image of the newspaper is morphed.
