2 Timothy 1:6-7 // Coach Erin Luthy // We aren't Called to be Soft - The Power of the Holy Spirit

In this episode Erin Luthy and I discuss her life verse, 1 Timothy 1-7, that has played a vital role in her life. From anxiety, insecurity, busyness, and discomfort...we talk through so many of our daily struggles and the way Paul speaks such truth in what the Holy Spirit does to combat or work through these things. How love isn't soft but it boldly given without expectation or result; how power is not a status we achieve but a selfless role we take with authority in the name and ability of Christ to be glorified, no matter what other people think about it; and self discipline which takes control of the chaos of life and reminds us to truly walk through every moment with the truth and reverence of God and His desires for us. You will leave this episode absolutely encouraged but deeply challenged to go after the uncomfortability and pursue our lives with the boldness of God in each of our steps.

Ephesians 2:4-10 // Pastor Nirup Alphonse // How to Live as God's Masterpiece

In this Episode, Pastor Nirup Alphonse discusses Ephesians 2:4-10 which has not only blessed His life but has also been the foundation of his church, Lifegate in Denver. Nirup discusses what it means to be God's masterpiece...it isn't a call to what we do but who we become! As we see who God is and what He has done for us we are called into such a vulnerable love for Him that changes everything. This episode deeply reveals the offer of Christ and the transformation that takes place when we allow this to be our heart. I am praying this episode truly makes you ask questions of who you view God to be in your life and what that calls you into. Proverbs 19:21 // Sarah Scott // Walking through Disappointment with God on our Side

We all have expectations for life on what success is, what it takes to accomplish it, and how it is supposed to happen. We can get really good at fooling ourselves into thinking we have more control in that plan than we actually do. When hardships hit or our expectations aren't met, we are often left in disappointment, questioning our purpose, identity, or asking God why He didn't carry His weight in the grand plan we created. In this vulnerable episode, collegiate volleyball player Sarah Scott, shares the story of her expectations crashing down when she tore her ACL at the beginning of her sophomore season. This wild journey that led to four knee surgeries, countless disappointments, misled promises, anxiety, and frustration at God, transforms into a deep healing that goes beyond the physical. This episode is all about the details on how Sarah wrestles with God on what true success and purpose is and the reality that this life was not created for our plan to come to fruition, but for God's goodness to be bigger than our circumstances. Be ready to be moved, this is something we all can continually be reminded of!

Jesus' blood covers us and our faith in that truth is what carries us through our walk with God. However, Max discusses the aroma that comes when we do live a life for Christ and the opportunities this brings in our life. So much comfort in this episode as Max addresses lies we tend to believe and speaks so much scripture over each one that leads us closer to the cross.

In this Episode Dr. May Young discusses a popular verse Proverbs 3:5-7. This might be a piece of scripture that you have heard and know well but have you actually spoke it over your life? This is POWERFUL. We answer questions like: How do we trust with ALL of our heart? Is there a half-trust in God? And how do I not lean on my own understanding? Does it mean to just ignore myself? So many things we tend to be confused on in our walk with Christ and May creates great clarity and wisdom that you won't want to miss out on. Make sure you share this with at least ONE friend.
