Real Talk on Military Life, Deployment, and Praise Through It: Deployment Edition
For more than two decades, Tori Evans and Elisa Preston have lived their Army Wife lives. Between the two of them, they have about a dozen deployments and a million+ TDYs under their belts, and while one is heading for retirement (Elisa), the other (Tori) still isn't sure what news her husband will bring home at the end of each day.So what did they do with some of their deployment time? Aside from running a home and raising kids and replacing water heaters and batteries in the smoke alarm at 3 a.m.?They wrote a devotional, of course.Because the thread that runs through every one of those military separations is FAITH. Faith in a good, strong, omniscient God who cares about the finite details while tending to our whole story.Join Elisa & Tori for four meaningful, in-depth conversations of how faith & military spouse life intersect. They talk to each other, then three other military wives who've had their fair share of deployments & TDYs, as well. If you're a military wife, we hope these ladies will inspire & encourage you.If you're a friend to a military wife, we hope these conversations will help you care even better for your friends. And if you're just curious about military life, we hope you find these conversations interesting & informative. However you found us, we're glad you're here!//SHOW LINKS:TORI:https://www.instagram.com/torievansphotos/https://www.torievansphotos.comhttps://www.instagram.com/lifewithtorievans/ELISA:https://www.instagram.com/elisapreston/https://www.elisapreston.comhttps://www.elisapreston.com/booksBooks on Amazon:https://www.amazon.com/s?k=elisa+preston+books&crid=13NY6BJ9OCR3V&sprefix=elisa+preston+book%2Caps%2C105&ref=nb_sb_noss_2
