Hygieia, The Rebrand and The Witch Wound | ST S2 Ep.8
Spontaneous Transmission: The Archetype of Hygieia for Cleansing The Temple of Soul and Psyche | Pluto Retrograde | Where Psychology Meets Sacred Letting go of a beloved name can feel like losing a home and sometimes it’s the only way to finally live inside the truth. Today I’m recording in real time with snow falling outside and Pluto stationing retrograde in Aquarius overhead, a transit tied to platforms, community, and the shadow work of how we show up in public. What follows is a vulnerable rebrand reckoning: why I’m releasing “coven” from the subtitle, what I’m grieving, and why authenticity sometimes means doing less until the foundation is real. From there, I introduce Hygieia, the goddess of hygiene, prevention, and maintenance. We expand “hygiene” beyond showers and toothbrushes into spiritual hygiene and mental hygiene: clearing what you pick up from clients, conversations, the news, and social media, and learning to spot which thoughts are actually yours. This is nervous-system-friendly, sustainable work that supports somatic healing and helps you stop burning out from carrying what was never meant to be carried. I also name the witch wound and priestess wound: the embodied fear of being too visible, too integrated, too hard to categorize when you’re both a therapist and a priestess in the same breath. We talk Human Design (the 3-5 profile, trial-and-error wisdom, and projection fields), and why I’m moving from Patreon to Substack to prioritize long-form, evergreen spiritual psychoeducation that you can actually sit with. We close with a simple guided cleansing practice you can return to anytime. If this kind of psychology plus the sacred feels like home, subscribe, share this with a friend, and leave a review. Beltane | Pleasure, Fire & the Window of Tolerance for Joy | S2 Ep.7
Scorpio Full Moon May 1st 2026 | Psychology of Joy | Celtic Wheel of the Year and BeltaneBeltane is supposed to feel good, so why do so many of us flinch at pleasure the moment it arrives? I’m taking you into the fire festival of May Day as a real-world initiation: not just flowers and candles, but the raw nervous system truth of joy, desire, and what we do when life starts to open.We start with the astrology of Beltane and why it matters. A Scorpio full moon opposite the Taurus sun asks for release so the body can actually receive spring’s fullness. Venus in Gemini sextile Saturn in Aries highlights relationships built on integrity rather than charm, plus the kind of self-love you can live for the long haul. Mercury conjunct Chiron in Aries brings a brave invitation to say the true thing, especially around identity, visibility, and self-assertion.Then we ground the mythic in the practical: Beltane’s sacred fire, the May Queen and the Green Man as sovereign union, and fairy lore as a surprisingly modern warning about numbing out. From somatic therapy and polyvagal theory, we explore the window of tolerance for joy and why bliss can trigger collapse, guilt, bracing, or self-sabotage. You’ll leave with simple practices that expand capacity gently, including “glimmers,” plus Beltane rituals for intentions rooted in what you actually want.If you’re ready to feel more alive without micromanaging the fire, press play, subscribe, share this with a friend who needs more pleasure, and leave a review so more people can find the work.Send us Fan MailSupport the showPlease subscribe, share this episode with a friend, and leave a quick review—your support helps more people find this show and our free resources.Join The Conversation on SubstackEducational Resources and Priestess Initiations WebsiteDiscover Your Goddess Astrology PlacementsThis podcast offers spiritual and psychological education and priestess wisdom. The Queen of Pentacles Archetype & Nervous System Safety for Manifesting Abundance and Dharma | ST S2 Ep.6
Suit of Pentacles Archetypal Journey Through Tarot and Dharma as Sustainable Wealth | Window of Tolerance in Somatic Psychology | Spontaneous Transmission (ST) EpisodeAbundance is not a number in your bank account if your body can’t receive it. Today we drop into the Queen of Pentacles archetype to talk about nervous system safety, self worth, and what it actually means to build a life that sustains you, especially when your work is sacred, creative, healing, or deeply meaningful. We start with the sky: Taurus season brings grounded, sensual “earth queen” energy, but the Sun square Pluto in Aquarius adds initiatory pressure where your desire for security clashes with the demand to evolve. Then Venus moves from Taurus into Gemini, shifting value from private knowing into real conversation, and Uranus entering Gemini signals a longer revolution in how we communicate, price, and compensate sacred work. I also share why the second house in your birth chart matters for resources and money patterns, and how Saturn can be restrictive and also the medicine of containers that make flow possible. From there we root into dharma, “that which sustains,” and name the trap of making money the purpose instead of the support. We walk the tarot Suit of Pentacles as an earthy map from seed to legacy, including the shadow of hoarding and overwork, and we arrive at the Queen of Pentacles as the queen of enough: abundance that is tended, grown, and circulated through reciprocity. We also hold the paradox of burnout, rest, and the window of tolerance, drawing on Celtic seasonal wisdom and the approach of Beltane’s fire. You’ll close with a river meditation to practice receiving as movement, not gripping.Subscribe for more priestess wisdom and somatic, grounded spirituality, and if this landed for you, leave a review so more sacred workers can find it.P.S. Reclaiming Celtic Lineage: Ancestral Healing & The Root System of the Soul | S2 Ep.5
The Wound is the Doorway: Aries New Moon conjunct Chiron Embodied Astrology | Reclaim the Wound of Ancestral Trauma and Awaken The Root System of Your Soul | My Celtic Ancestry Story, Epigentics & Celtic SpiritualityThe story your body tells about belonging is rarely only yours. I’m sharing a vulnerable piece of my own ancestral reclamation, from Irish immigration roots and family rituals to the felt experience of standing on ancestral land, where grief and wonder can exist in the same breath to feeling the faeries in the otherworld. If you’ve ever felt a quiet severance from where you come from, or a strange pull toward a landscape you can’t explain, this is a place to bring that longing without needing to make it “make sense” first. I also discuss how theological differences of ancestors doesn't have to diminish the connection and how I found common roots in my priestess identity and ancestral roots through reclaiming Mary Magdalene as priestess and divine feminine archetype. We also ground this work in real psychology and biology. I break down epigenetics and intergenerational trauma in plain language, exploring how stress and survival patterns can shape gene expression across generations, and why the Irish Great Hunger offers a powerful example of how scarcity and displacement can echo forward. The point is not to get stuck in what happened, but to understand why certain fears, coping strategies, and grief responses can feel bigger than your personal timeline, and how somatic healing helps unwind them. From there, I widen the lens to Celtic spirituality as a living tradition rooted in reciprocity, land-based spirituality, and the “thin places” where the other world feels close. We end with a guided grounding practice to root into the earth and connect with the whole and unbroken ancestors, the ones who knew the land, tended the sacred, and can support you without asking for your theology. Inkling: My Isis Priestess Initiation Anniversary Portal
Magical Synchronicities | The Archetypes of Isis and Mary MagdeleneA single “happy anniversary” text cracked open a memory I didn’t realize I’d tucked away, and it sent me straight to my calendar. April is the month of my Isis priestess initiation, and it’s also the month I fell 75 feet in a rappelling accident (Season 1, Ep.11). When I saw the exact date again, I caught a small detail I’d missed that gave me chills.I’m recording this one outside on my phone, so you’ll hear the birds while I tell you why that timing now feels like more than a coincidence. A near-death experience can reshape your life in obvious ways, but sometimes the deeper shift shows up later as identity. Over the last year, I’ve chosen a different path, claimed the word priestess publicly, and started building new foundations with that forward-driving Aries energy. This “inkling” is me naming the moment it all snapped into a bigger story of death, rebirth, and alignment. That story also runs through lineage and the divine feminine. I grew up Irish Catholic, and I never received Mary Magdalene as a full spiritual figure, yet I’ve come to feel her as part of an Isis priestess lineage and a key to reclaiming what got erased. If you’ve ever wondered what changes when you stop dismissing synchronicities and start listening to them, this short transmission is for you. If it resonates, subscribe, share it with a friend, and leave a review so more people can find Priestess Initiations. What’s the last synchronicity you noticed that you’re ready to say out loud? Please note: I am not claiming to be a historian on Mary Magdelene and am speaking from what feels true and resonates with me personally and spiritually. Rhiannon — Sovereignty, Boundaries, and Grounding in The Year of the Fire Horse | S2 Ep.4
The Wisdom of The Celtic Goddess Rhiannon for Surviving and Thriving in The Year of the Fire Horse and April 2026 Embodied Astrology, Plus "Rainbow Boundaries" Somatic Practice for DiscernmentA woman on a white horse moves unhurried beneath a rainbow, and no one can catch her. That image is where I begin, because it holds the entire teaching of Rhiannon: sovereignty is not something people take from you, it’s something you choose from the inside. I share why season two turns toward a Celtic earth and ancestral reclamation arc, and why you do not need Celtic ancestry to receive the medicine of this lineage, this land-based remembering, and this priestess path of embodied truth. From there, we track the week’s astrology and how it lands in the body. Mars ingresses Aries, turning up warrior fire, restlessness, and initiatory desire. Venus in Taurus steadies it with earth, pleasure, and grounded discernment. With Chiron near Eris, the truth teller, the theme of false accusation rises: being blamed for what you did not create, only revealed. If you’ve been carrying shame that was never yours, this conversation gives language for it and a way to work with it without rushing into impulsive decisions. Then I tell Rhiannon’s archetypal myth from the Mabinogion and draw the throughline to the “Year of the Fire Horse” and the historical fear of powerful, independent women. We explore the horse archetype as vitality and instinct, Epona as the older pan-Celtic horse goddess, and what gets lost when sovereignty is reduced to conquest instead of relationship. To make it actionable, I guide a somatic boundaries practice, “rainbow skin,” to help you feel what belongs to you and what is projection, so your body becomes the place you reclaim your story.Subscribe for more goddess mythology, archetypes, somatic therapy informed practice, and astrology, then share this with someone who’s ready to stop performing innocence and start living their truth. Welcome to Season Two of Priestess Initiations: The Goddess Coven
Welcome to embodied explorations of the phenomenology of the feminine goddess within. If spirituality has ever asked you to float above your pain, ignore your instincts, or treat your body like an inconvenience, I made this for you. Priestess Initiations is where archetype meets nervous system, and where myth stops being “just a story” and starts acting like a mirror for your actual life.I’m Casey, a somatic psychotherapist and a priestess, and this season lives at the intersection of Jungian archetypal philosophy, embodiment-based healing, and feminist goddess work. I share why I end conversations with practice, because the gap between information and initiation is the body. When you can feel a truth, breathe with it, track it, and let it reorganize your choices, it stops being content and becomes change.Season two opens the Celtic Earth and Ancestral Reclamation Arc as we move through the wheel of the year, from Beltane through Litha, Lammas, and Mabon, not as cute seasonal vibes but as psychological thresholds and nervous system invitations. We’ll go deep with Celtic goddesses like Rhiannon, Brigid, and Cerridwen, and also welcome other figures who want to be known this summer, including Aphrodite, Gaia, Selene, and Sedna, as doorways into desire, devotion, earth wisdom, and the depths of the unconscious.I also mention the origin of the show, including the initiation that marked me in the most literal way: a 75-foot rappelling fall, twenty-two skin grafts, and a life that could not go back to what it was--the full story of which is in Season 1 Episode 11. If you feel the pull of something older and deeper than the life you were handed, the spiral is turning. The King Archetype as Divine Masculine Witness | Building Reciprocal Partnership and IFS with Matthew Fisher | S2 Ep.3
Internal Family Systems and the King Archetype with Guest Therapist Matthew Fisher, MA-candidate | Embodied Astrology Love doesn’t fall apart because you care too little. It falls apart when no one knows how to stay present with the fire.We sit down as partners to name what “king energy” actually looks like when it’s real: not flashy, not performative, not controlling. We talk about the divine masculine as witness and container, the kind of steadiness that lets a partner burn through old identities without being redirected, managed, or rescued. Along the way, we use the week’s astrology as a mirror for sacred partnership and sovereignty: the Libra full moon on the Aries–Libra axis, Venus moving into Taurus for embodied love and self-worth, and the Venus–Pluto tension that asks what outdated beliefs about love are ready to die.Matt brings an Internal Family Systems (IFS) and parts work lens to the boy-to-king journey, including the humility of “beginner’s mind” and why leadership matures when it stops needing applause, while I hold a Jungian Archetype lens on the King Archetype. We connect this to therapy skills too: holding space, resisting the urge to fix, and trusting that presence can be the intervention. We also get practical about independence versus partnership, codependency patterns, men’s work, and building community without centring ego.If you’ve ever wondered how to stay fully yourself in a relationship and still choose devotion, this conversation is for you. An Aphrodite Initiation | Venus In Taurus And The Philosophy of Sacred Embodied Desire | S2 Ep.2
The Embodied Astrology of Venus and Archetype of Aphrodite Meet in the Philosophy of Sacred DesireThe emotion of wanting, yearning, desire has been getting a terrible reputation for a long time, and this week’s astrology makes it impossible to keep pretending that’s harmless. I’m opening a Venus-led portal where pleasure, worth, and love stop being performance and start being truth in the body. With Venus coming home to Taurus and a Libra full moon lighting up self and other, we’re invited to look directly at what we’ve been sacrificing just to be easy to be with.I walk with Aphrodite as teacher, archetype, and initiator, starting with the two origin stories that reveal a patriarchal pattern: power that can’t be held gets rewritten into something manageable. We move through the myths of her “domestication,” her arranged marriage, and the way her name gets flattened into vanity and blame. I also reframe the Psyche story from an archetypal psychology lens, where Aphrodite’s so-called cruelty reads as initiation, a demand for capacity, and a pathway to transformation rather than punishment. Then I offer one of my favorite restorations: Aphrodite Urania and Aphrodite Pandemos, the celestial and the earthly faces of the same goddess. Patriarchy ranks soul hunger above body pleasure (or flips it), but Venus in Taurus asks us to hold both without hierarchy. I guide a short somatic practice with one hand on the heart and one on the lower belly to help you meet the desire you’ve been shrinking, and I name Pluto square Venus for what it is: a threshold where the version of you that made desire small can finally die.Subscribe, share this with a friend who needs their desire back, and leave a rating and review so this work reaches the people it’s meant for.Send us Fan MailSupport the showPlease subscribe, share this episode with a friend, and leave a quick review—your support helps more people find this show and our free resources.Join The Conversation on SubstackEducational Resources and Priestess Initiations WebsiteDiscover Your Goddess Astrology PlacementsThis podcast offers spiritual and psychological education and priestess wisdom. Hestia and Tending the Sacred Flame for Sustainable Spring Transformation and Nervous System Regulation | S2 Ep.1
Hestia—the Archetype of Sacred Flamekeeper | Grounding into Self-Care, Home, and Heart to Plant the Seeds of New Earth | Applied Weekly AstrologySpring doesn’t only ask for momentum. It asks for a flame you can actually keep alive through the sacred wisdom of integration and tending the archetype of your inner hearth. We’re stepping into season two right after the spring equinox with a potent “triple stack” of astrology transits: Sun conjunct Saturn in Aries, Sun sextile Pluto, and a first quarter moon in Cancer. I unpack what that mix can feel like in the body and in daily life: the pressure to act, the pull to nest, and the deeper call to choose sustainable transformation instead of a sprint that ends in burnout. If you’ve been craving a reset that’s both mystical and practical, this is your doorway. From there, I turn toward Hestia/Vesta, goddess of the hearth and the sacred flame. Her myth carries a radical message for modern life, feminine healing, and shadow work: peace is a choice, and tending home can be powerful when it’s chosen. We explore hearth as something real you live inside of, your body, your home, your land, your creative work, and the small daily devotions that build a stable foundation for “new earth” change.I also share what tending looks like on the ground: slowing down on purpose, planting seeds, simplifying, clearing energy, and listening to what your heart flame actually needs. Persephone Returns | Spring Equinox Ritual For Shadow Integration and Cyclical Living | S1 Ep.22
Persephone as Goddess of Spring | The Sacred Queen Archetype for Honoring Cyclical Rhythms and Nervous System Regulation | Embodied Astrology Spring Equinox doesn’t ask you to “move on.” It asks you to integrate mind, body, and spirit. Season one ends on the exact week where day and night balance, then the light begins to tip forward, and I use that threshold to talk about the archetype of Persephone’s return: not as the maiden who left, but as the queen who knows the underworld and still chooses spring. We walk through one of the most potent astrology lineups of the year and translate it into real life. The Pisces New Moon is your final chance to dream and seed a vision in the mystical waters before the astrological new year begins. Mercury stations direct after weeks of retrograde in Pisces, so decisions and stalled plans can move again, but with intuition leading instead of pressure. Then the Sun enters Aries for the spring equinox and lights the match, followed by a Sun-Neptune conjunction in Aries that asks what it looks like to create yourself from soul, not ego. From there, we widen into seasonal living and somatic nervous system wisdom: winter as composting, rest, and gestation, and spring as emergence without the burnout trap. I name the difference between doing and rushing, and why cyclical healing makes more sense than linear “I should be done by now” thinking. To close, I guide a short equinox ritual you can do standing or sitting: one foot in winter, one foot in spring, roots below and branches above, wearing both crowns as you take your next grounded step.If this season has met you in the dark and helped you plant something real, share it with a friend, subscribe so you don’t miss season two, and leave a review so more people can find this work.Send us Fan MailSupport the showPlease subscribe, share this episode with a friend, and leave a quick review—your support helps more people find this show and our free resources.Join The Conversation on SubstackEducational Resources and Priestess Initiations WebsiteDiscover Your Goddess Astrology PlacementsThis podcast offers spiritual and psychological education and priestess wisdom. After The Eclipse Portal | Embodied Integration and Somatic Psychology | S1 Ep.21
Somatic Integration, Polyvagal Theory, and Nervous System Regulation After the Transformation of Eclipse Season | Embodied Astrology The portal closes and the integration work begins. After weeks of eclipse turbulence, we explore how to turn revelations into a more grounded way of living by bringing the mystical into the material—through your breath, your posture, your pace, and the ground under your feet. We map the emotional weather of an Aquarius solar eclipse and a Virgo lunar eclipse, then connect it to a supportive week in the sky: Jupiter stations direct in Cancer, inviting nurtured growth and deeper care, while Mercury meets Mars in Pisces, fusing intuition with action so plans can flow instead of force. From there, we dig into the heart of somatic integration. Awareness is powerful, but it’s only the doorway. Using a somatic lens, we unpack explicit vs implicit memory and why bodies revert to old patterns without time, repetition, and safety. Through polyvagal theory, we name the states of ventral safety, sympathetic mobilization, and dorsal shutdown—not as moral judgments, but as signals that guide right-sized next steps. The thread running through it all is regulation: you cannot think your way into calm, but you can breathe, ground, move, and be witnessed back into it.We lean on ancestral and earth-based spiritual wisdom to restore rhythm. Feet on soil, hands on trees, slow exhales, and gentle sound help the nervous system entrain to steadier frequencies so integration can stick. Jupiter in Cancer expands containers that protect fragile shoots; Mercury–Mars in Pisces invites softer, body-led decisions that honor capacity. We close with a guided practice that roots you into the earth and carries that steadiness through belly, heart, throat, and mind—so vision becomes action and action becomes a new way of being. If this resonates, subscribe, share with someone who needs a gentler pace, and leave a review to help more listeners find the show.Send us Fan MailSupport the showPlease subscribe, share this episode with a friend, and leave a quick review—your support helps more people find this show and our free resources.Join The Conversation on SubstackEducational Resources and Priestess Initiations WebsiteDiscover Your Goddess Astrology PlacementsThis podcast offers spiritual and psychological education and priestess wisdom. Spontaneous Transmission | Hecate, Eclipse Season, And The Keys You Hold | S1 Ep.20
Maiden, Mother, Crone—Hecate as the Archetype of Feminine Wholeness | Claiming Your Magic and Power in Manifestation and Witchcraft | Embodied Astrology A fever knocked us flat, and a doorway opened. From that forced embodied stillness came a spontaneous transmission from Hecate—the titan at the crossroads—on what it really means to hold your own keys. We step into eclipse-season echoes, body-based wisdom, and the radical idea that rest is not a collapse of momentum but the ground of true power and cyclical living. We unpack how predictions, omens, and astrology can guide without stealing agency, and why the future stays fluid because choice is always in play. Hecate’s torch shows only the next step, not the entire map, and that’s the point: trust grows in the unknown. We explore the feminine archetype in her full expression—maiden, mother, and crone—reclaiming wholeness where culture flattens nuance. Along the way, we talk about somatic healing, nervous system safety, and how long-held beliefs like “I don’t deserve” get stored in the body and released when conditions are gentle, consistent, and kind.If you’ve felt the restlessness of early spring while your body begs for self care and stillness, this conversation is your cue to set structures that protect being: white space on the calendar, workflow buffers, and rituals that return you to breath. Small choices can open surprisingly large doors, even within real constraints of circumstance and identity. When none of the doors fit, build one. And if you cannot build today, rest—because safety is what lets the body complete old cycles and clear the path ahead.Listen for a grounded, myth-rich, body-centered take on power, fate, and the crossroads we all face. Becoming The Queen Archetype: Embodying Sovereign Feminine Power | S1 Ep.19
Maiden to Mother to Queen—the Divine Feminine Archetypal Journey | Sovereignty in Nervous System SafetyWhat if divine feminine power stopped being a performance and became a presence you live in your body every day? We dive into the Queen archetype—the mature feminine who knows her worth, builds strong containers, and gives from fullness—not as a destination but as a daily practice. From the first apology for a missed release to a grounded re-entry after illness, we trace the real-life threshold from maiden to mother to queen and name the grief, resistance, and relief along the way.We explore why sovereignty starts in the body through somatic therapy principles: your nervous system must feel safe enough to access pleasure, presence, and creativity. That’s radical in a culture that demands feminine bodies perform, produce, and stay small—especially for black and brown, queer, disabled, and fat bodies. Through a Jungian lens, we frame the queen as an archetype of self-possession, order, and generativity, and we connect the dots with a Virgo lunar eclipse that invites practical magic, ritual, and integration. You’ll hear how the performed maiden must die so a freer queen can rise, and why this cycle repeats in a spiral rather than a straight line. Then we get practical. We map how sexuality, creativity, and leadership transform when you stop chasing approval and start sourcing desire from within. You’ll learn holistic body-first practices: mirror work to find beauty now, adornment to express inner royalty, movement that celebrates capacity, and the art of receiving compliments without deflection. We show you how to claim desire clearly, build enough safety to honor your no, create supportive containers, and rest before burnout. A short guided practice closes the loop, anchoring sovereignty with breath, sensation, and choice so you leave rooted, present, and resourced. If this conversation sparks something true in you, follow the show, share it with a friend who’s crossing a similar threshold, and leave a review with the practice you’re taking forward. Reclaiming Mary Magdalene: Priestess of Isis | Age of Aquarius | S1 Ep.18
The Forgotten Priestess Archetype—Mary Magdalene | Divine Union in Sacred Partnership A buried truth is rising in modern mythology and philosophy of the divine feminine, and the sky is signaling it. A new moon solar eclipse in Aquarius, the turn to the fire horse year, and Saturn meeting Neptune at zero degrees Aries set the stage for a collective reset—one that asks us to rebuild our spiritual lives with equal measures of structure and wonder. We take that cue to revisit Mary Magdalene, not as the “fallen woman” of legend, but as priestess, teacher, patron, and the first witness to resurrection. We walk through the historical mix-up that branded her a prostitute and show how even the canonical gospels paint a different picture: steadfast presence at the cross, first to the tomb, and charged to “go and tell.” Then we open the Gnostic door. Texts like the Gospel of Mary and the Gospel of Philip reveal a beloved companion entrusted with esoteric teaching, sparking the ancient tension between living wisdom and institutional gatekeeping. Along the way, we connect Magdalene’s anointing rites to the Isis lineage—alabaster and spikenard as sovereign and funerary sacraments—and explore seven not as shame but as initiation. This is a story about sacred partnership, or hieros gamos, where masculine and feminine consciousness meet to create resilience and renewal. It’s about rites that heal rather than punish, grief as technology, and words as creative power. We weave in the current astrology to ground the symbolism: Saturn gives form, Neptune dissolves and dreams, and their conjunction at the zodiac’s first degree suggests a fresh architecture for collective meaning. With asteroid Magdalena lighting up Leo, sovereignty and visibility become part of the call.We close with a simple anointing practice you can do with oil or water, pairing clear affirmations—“I see the truth,” “I speak the truth,” “I embody sacred partnership”—with touch and breath. Whether you treat the sky as metaphor or map, you’re invited to reclaim what patriarchy buried: Sophia’s wisdom, the priestess path, and your right to lead with a steady heart. Saturn In Aries, Eclipses, And The Era Of The Spiritual Warrior | Kronos as Teacher | S1 Ep.17
The Mythology of Kronos and Saturn Return as an Archetypal and Psychological Development Journey With Saturn stepping into Aries and the eclipse portal cracking open, we explore how myth, psychology, and lived experience meet to push us from processing into purposeful action. We start with Jung’s archetypes to ground astrology in something real: universal patterns that move through our stories, bodies, and choices. From there, we track Saturn as Kronos—the teacher of time—through his arc of order, fear, fall, and redemption, and show how that symbolism becomes practical guidance when life gets loud.Saturn in Aries is a mandate for disciplined courage. Think less adrenaline, more architecture. We unpack what this means for you personally by translating houses and signs into everyday language: where in your life structure must meet initiative, where boundaries can refine bravery, and where leadership needs patience. We also connect the dots between Saturn returns and Erikson’s developmental stages, demystifying the first return around 30, the second near 60, and the rare third in late life. The through-line is responsibility as a rite of passage, not a punishment.I share my own Saturn return in Pisces through the second house—how voice, safety, and the body became the classroom. From leaving unsafe bonds to claiming identity on mic, to a startling health wake-up that mirrored ancestral fear, the lesson was simple and hard: build on solid ground and ask for help. We close with a somatic practice to “trust your bones,” because Saturn rules the skeleton and lasting change starts in the body.If Saturn in Aries is the era of the spiritual warrior, eclipses are the hinge. New paths open, old ones end, and the invitation is to build the world you keep imagining. Press play for a clear map, practical steps, and a grounded ritual you can use today. Philosophy of the Akashic Records, Jungian Collective Unconscious | Heal the Earth Transmission | S1 Ep.16
The Philosophy Connecting the Akashic Records, Jungian Collective Unconscious, and Platonic Forms | Using Creativity and Meditation to Divine a Light Code Transmission From Soul as PsycheWhat if the earth were your primary client? That single line reframed everything for me—shifting healing from the one-to-one room into a collective, earth-based spirituality and embodied mission grounded in archetypes, somatics, and a framework that arrived through art and quiet attention. We open with timely cosmic weather—Uranus stationing direct and Mercury’s move into Pisces—as a mirror for moving from rational innovation to intuitive knowing. From there, we share the story of an Akashic Records reading that named past-life sacred geometry and an encoded personal system, then describe the simple practice that unlocked it: watching smoke, painting what emerged, and discovering four letters that became a path for planetary care—Awaken, Love, Cleanse, Mend. Along the way, we connect the dots with Jung’s collective unconscious, Plato’s Theory of Forms, Emerson’s Oversoul, and allied mystical lineages to show how different traditions point to a shared field of wisdom. This conversation is as practical as it is mystical. We map the records as nested layers—individual memory, the collective “library of all,” and the wider source—and explore multiple ways to access them: somatic practices, ritual, dreamwork, and creative flow. We lean on Viktor Frankl and existential psychology to ground the claim that meaning is medicine, especially for climate grief. The framework becomes a lived sequence: awaken to the sacredness of life, practice love as a verb, cleanse what harms both physically and energetically, and mend with patience, creativity, and respect for indigenous knowledge. We also share why our circles are free or donation-based, how partnerships strengthen the work, and what to expect from upcoming Colorado gatherings designed to transmute overwhelm into active hope.If you’re searching for purpose big enough to hold your heartbreak and clear enough to guide your next step, this is an invitation to begin. Dark Goddess Kali Ma’s Fierce Love | Philosophizing Climate Change As Initiation | S1 Ep.15
Season 1, Ep. 15What if climate change is not only catastrophe, but initiation—the moment the Dark Mother Archetype as Kali Ma clears space for new life? We sit with the goddess Kali as myth and mirror, exploring how destruction, when held with love, becomes a path to renewal. Through wildfire’s hard lessons, we learn to titrate grief, metabolize rage, and stay present enough to act with clarity rather than collapse into doom or denial. We read the sky as a companion to the ground. Neptune’s rare shift into Aries marks a turn from passive spirituality to embodied devotion, while Mars joining Pluto in Aquarius charges collective will and systems-level change. This is the season of the spiritual warrior: not more talk, but aligned action. We name the real demons—extractive capitalism, colonialism, patriarchy—and refuse the trap of purity politics that keeps us chasing symptoms instead of roots.Kali’s mythology offers a map: she doesn’t just slay; she drinks the poison and transforms it. That alchemy shows up in labs creating plastic-eating enzymes and in the psyche learning to digest fear, shame, and sorrow into fuel for love. With Joanna Macy’s Great Turning, we find four necessary roles—holding actions, transforming foundations, shifting consciousness, and nurturing life—and choose our lane so we can move without burning out. I share a personal rite with Kali that turned “too much” into medicine, then guide a short practice to help you claim one concrete action you can take this week.Come for the goddess myth, stay for the psychology roadmap to coping with climate grief. Healing The Witch Wound With Hecate | Somatic Wisdom for Sensitive Nervous Systems | With April Lampert, MA, LPCC | S1 Ep.14
Healing The Witch Wound | Hecate as the Archetype of the Torch Bearer and Sacred Underworld Guide | Somatic Wisdom for Highly Sensitive People and Nervous Systems | With April Lampert, MA, LPCCThe fear of being “too much” has roots that run deeper than self-doubt. We trace the witch wound from European trials to modern life, where sensitive bodies still calculate the cost of visibility, and where power can feel dangerous to claim. With special guest, April Lampert (she/her), MA, LPCC and fellow somatic therapist and coven sister, we unpack how this inherited pattern shows up as hiding our gifts, shrinking our voices, and bracing for backlash, then map a pathway back to courage with Hecate’s torch lighting the way.We ground the conversation in the body. Highly sensitive people process more, feel more, and get overwhelmed faster, which makes the witch wound louder in a hyperconnected world. We explore intergenerational trauma, chronic illness, and endometriosis as complex expressions of systems that carried too much for too long. Instead of chasing perfect regulation, we practice “regulated enough”: micro-pauses, breath breaks, sensory resets, titrated news, water rituals, and music that smooths the nervous system’s edges. April shares her cauldron metaphor as a living boundary, a vessel that holds what we can’t or shouldn’t carry alone.History and myth both matter, but so does community. If the wound was seeded through isolation and betrayal, healing requires trusted witnesses who celebrate power instead of fearing it. We talk coven as a container for shared holding, and Hecate as guide at the crossroads where an old identity dies and the priestess steps forward. With Venus–Pluto and Sun–Pluto amplifying transformation, we ask: what part of you is ready to be seen, and what support will make it safe enough to emerge? If this conversation stirs something true, come closer. Season 1, Episode 11: The Fall—An Initiation of Old, Philosophy of Near Death Experiences Seven months ago, I fell 75 feet while rappelling. My equipment failed leading to a near death experience. I held onto the rope with both hands and sustained third-degree burns requiring 22 skin grafts. When pieces of yourself have been lost, scattered, taken?Isis teaches that nothing is ever truly lost—only waiting to be gathered. And the magic isn't just recovering what was broken. It's creating what's missing. In this episode, we explore Isis—the Great Assembler, throne goddess, healer of lineages, the one who resurrects through love and magic. Therapist AND Priestess: Holistic Care and Philosophy of Breaking the Matrix | S1 Ep.9
Season 1, Surprise Episode 9: Breaking the Matrix of Separation, The Final Shedding of 2025We're in the threshold—between Winter Solstice and Chinese New Year, still in the Year of the Snake. And the Snake's final teaching is the shed.In this raw bonus episode, I'm naming what I've been afraid to say: I'm a therapist (MA, LPCC) AND a priestess. For too long, I've kept these split into two separate identities, two separate businesses—not because they're contradictory, but because I was afraid. Afraid of the licensing board. Afraid of being too clinical for spiritual people, too woo for therapy people. Afraid of being rejected by both worlds. What we explore:How the matrix fragments us: body = doctors, mind = therapists, spirit = churchesWhy healers who work with the WHOLE person (body-mind-spirit integrated) are so powerfulMy decision to eliminate all one-on-one spiritual guidance through The Goddess CovenWhat it means to be a credentialed priestess who teaches psychology alongside goddess wisdomThe Snake's teaching: shedding happens when you stop asking permissionThis isn't abstract "breaking the matrix" talk. This is real risk in the real world. This is walking out of the cage—even when there's no path, even when you're the first one through. If you're a helping professional who's been hiding part of yourself, or if you're ready to shed your own old skin in these final dark nights before the Fire Horse year—this episode is your permission slip.Free resources: www.the-goddess-coven.comSupport the podcast: www.patreon.com/TheGoddessCoven_PriestessInitiationsThis podcast offers spiritual and psychological education and priestess wisdom. Hekate: The Witch Goddess of the Crossroads | Maiden, Mother, Crone Archetype | S1 Ep.8
Season 1, Episode 8: Hekate: The Torch in the DarkStanding at a crossroads? Between who you were and who you're becoming? Hecate is with you.In this episode, we explore Hecate—the torch-bearer, the key-holder, the goddess of liminal spaces who teaches us that wholeness means holding all phases simultaneously, not choosing between them. We're recording this between Winter Solstice (December 21st) and Chinese New Year (January 29th, 2026), in the final weeks of the Wood Snake year before the Fire Horse gallops in. This liminal time between shedding and forward motion is Hecate's domain—the threshold where transformation happens. What we cover:Hecate's true mythology (before patriarchy made her "just the crone")Why crossroads are initiations, not destinationsWhat it means to claim your keys and your sovereigntyHow to hold the torch for others while walking your own pathThe maiden-to-mother threshold and teaching from the in-betweenPlus: A guided Hecate practice for standing at your inner crossroads. If you're in liminal space right now—if you're neither one thing nor another, if you're shedding but not yet ready to run—this episode is for you.Free resources: www.the-goddess-coven.comSupport the podcast: www.patreon.com/thegoddesscovenThis podcast offers spiritual and psychological education and priestess wisdom. Medusa: Reclaiming Trauma Stories with Shadow Integration | S1 Ep.7
Season 1 Episode 7, Medusa: What Rage ProtectsMedusa wasn't born a monster. She was a woman, a priestess, a rape survivor who was punished for her own violation. Patriarchy turned her into a warning: this is what happens when women have boundaries too fierce to cross. But what if the transformation wasn't a curse? What if the serpent crown was sovereignty, and the petrifying gaze was the ultimate boundary—the power to stop anyone who approached with harmful intent? In this episode, Casey reclaims Medusa's story and explores:The real myth of MedusaWhy the serpent crown is sacred feminine wisdom, not monstrousnessThe petrifying gaze as absolute boundary: "Look at me with respect, or do not look at all"Rage as protective medicine—holding the line, not lashing outThe difference between traumatized rage and sovereign boundariesWho the real monsters are (spoiler: not Medusa)Casey shares her own ongoing healing journey with sexual trauma and what Medusa continues to teach her about holding sacred boundaries in partnership.Content warning: This episode discusses sexual violence and may be activating for survivors. The first woman, made equal to Adam, who refused to submit and was cast out for claiming her sovereignty. In this episode, Casey reclaims Lilith's story from the demonization and explores what she actually teaches: autonomous sexuality, sacred refusal, primal rage, and the power of saying no without apology. You'll discover:The real myth: Lilith as Adam's equal who chose exile over subordinationLilith as the serpent teaching Eve to wake up and claim knowledgeThe difference between immature rage (lashing out) and integrated rage (protective boundaries)Why Lilith is essential for domestic violence survivors: "Get out. You deserve better."Lilith doesn't hate men—she demands they show up as equalsThe evolution from traumatized Lilith to sovereign Lilith to softening in right relationshipCasey shares her full Lilith journey: from PTSD and immature rage, to suppressing Lilith and ending up in emotional abuse, to reclaiming sovereignty and learning to trust again with her partner Matt.Includes a practice for reclaiming your sacred no.If you've been called too much, if you've been exiled for your truth, if you've ever chosen yourself over subordination—Lilith walks with you.
