Meditation: When you are Creating from Frantic State
Go too fast and you'll miss the view. In the process of working towards achieving our dreams, we may forget that the goal isn't really the goal. The goal is to enjoy our way getting to the goal. So the intention with today's meditation is to clear out frantic energy from our bodies that can make us feel rushed and then cultivate a new space for us to enjoy the experience our life.

How to Achieve your Goals, Sustainably
Frantic, burnt out, high stress, lifeless. Those are the feelings that crept in at the start of my week before I gave myself the time to deflate and relax. If we're going to be successful, we need to stay consistent and be aligned with our goals, but we also need to make room for ourselves to decompress in order for the downloads to come to us.
