On this week's episode, Jae discusses the discomfort of addressing a sensitive topic, and the conviction she experienced to talk about it. Sexual immorality can have a great affect on one's life, and in this case Jae shares how it started in her childhood, led to enslavement, lustful addiction, spiritual blindness, and many other strongholds. The importance of transparency and deliverance from sexual sin is emphasized, along with the spiritual significance of being hidden in Christ, rather than hiding in crisis. This episode is "unorthodox" and doesn't agree with the ways of culture, but is Biblically sound, and rooted in faith._You are not alone. There is a divine nature of forgiveness and it has a life changing impact on others. The command from Christ was to love and forgive portraying being made in his image. True forgiveness gives us a heightened experience of intimacy with God because of it's lightness and is commonality characteristic of holiness. While it can be a challenge, there is also healing power of forgiveness. The reward of forgiving is much greater and more satisfying than not forgiving.
