In this welcome and introduction Dominique Didinal, your host, describes what is meant by the term Radiant Leader and Radiant Leadership. Radiant Leaders rise up to support others for the good of the whole, embodying authenticity, compassion, vulnerability and courage. This podcast explores where and how we can take inspiration from Radiant Leaders today and from the past - through interviews with the influential spiritual teachers, authors and leaders of this time as well as reflections on the legacy of Radiant , illumined leaders of centuries past. What can we learn from these leaders who intersect spiritual authority, mental well being, mysticism and motivation as the way we step up as Radiant Leaders ourselves in our business, our career, our community and in our own inner sovereignty.
