Your intention must be for Gd. Not for your body. In everything. All for Gd. Everything for the sake of Gd. Come to know Him in everything you do. Containment and understanding.

Ep. 9 Indulgence and Abstinence
Do not lie. Mean what you say. Don’t be pushy. Be content and friendly. Work. Spend time learning Torah. Be happy with your lot. Envy, desire, honor - let them go. Indulgence and abstinence - neither are the right way. Abstain what Gd says to abstain. Do not fast. Seek HaShem always. Consistency. Breath. Gdly intention. Live for Gd. Food. Intimacy. Unhealthy attachment. Stay healthy boys and girls. Overweight - avoid meat, honey - all sugar, wine. Take care of your body. Eat for Gd.

Ep. 8 On Character II
Ego. Humility. Balloons. Anger. Break yourself. Fake anger. Be calm. Emotional reactivity. Listen more. Speak about important things. Bring Gd into the mundane. Be quiet more. Silence is a safeguard for wisdom. Speak calmly.

Ep. 7 On Character I
Your desires are not accurate. They are a result of bad habits. Mind and Body are a dance. You need to seek guidance. Lean the other extreme to break your habit. Pause and show up differently. Break yourself. The opposite has the answer. Integrate after. Seed. Let it die. Integrate after.

Ep. 6 Refining your Character
Take stock of your behavior. Break habit by being a little extreme. Your goal - the middle path - the gdly path: Gracious. Merciful. Holy. Slow to anger. Abundant in kindness. Righteous. Just. Almighty. Powerful. 3 is a charm. Hold strong. This is your access to blessings.

Ep. 5 Intercourse, His Promise, Our Needs, The Middle Path
Give blood 2x a year. Fall and spring. Intercourse. Stay healthy boys and girls. Stay strong. The Rambam’s promise. Ease into new habits. Go to a Dr. if you are sick. If you don’t have access, come home. You need a Dr., a bloodletter, access to a shower, water, a Shul, teacher, scribe, organizations for giving, and Beis Din. Interdependent 🙏. On character. The middle path. Indulgence. Abstinence. Acknowledge your extremes. Lean away. Integrate. Access the middle path. Lean giving. Eat for Gd. Live for Gd.

Ep. 4 Showering
Summer - hot to cold water. Winter - hot to warm water. Massage your body + head with oil. Don’t take super long showers. Check to poo before and after shower, eating, moving, sleeping, intercourse. Wean off washing your hair. My journey. Dry your hair. Eat after you shower. Fuel your body. You can nap after. No cold water during your bath. Winter - moisturize after you shower.

Ep. 3 When to Eat What
Honor digestion. Eat juicy fruit before your meal. Wait till it digests. Eat dry fruit after your meal. Not too much. Eat lighter food before heavy food. Eat simple food in the summer. Some spicy food in the winter. The more processed, the harder to digest, your body doesn’t know what to do with. Fatty protrin + gassy vegetables eat sparingly and only in winter - salmon, meat, dairy. Sugar eat with or after food, and not abundantly. Hold back.

Ep. 2 Eating, Sleeping
Eat sitting. Don’t move after you eat (until food starts digesting), brings serious illness. Sleep 8 hours, preferably last 8 hours of the night. Get up before sunrise. Sleep on your left, and then right. Don’t sleep during the day. My pointers: Pick something small that you believe you can change (pull back bedtime 15 min / eat a meal sitting). Make it part of your structure / habit-stack it. Speak kindly to yourself, and remind yourself your intentions for this change. If it’s not sticking, rethink the structure, did you actually set yourself up for success, was it a one off, rinse, repeat.

Ep. 1 How to Body
Chapter 4. Starting in the middle ;) The voice in your head. Compassion. You need to be healthy to serve Gd. Eat when you’re hungry. Drink when you’re thirsty. Don’t wait to poop. Don’t wait to drink. Eat breakfast. Eat lunch. Eat dinner. Stop eating at 3/4 full. Tweak your portion. Don’t eat and drink together. Raise your body temperature before eating. Go for a walk before eating. Prepare for digestion. Sweat every morning. Work with yourself.
