    Finding Your Voice: Reclaiming Anger

Today on Reclaim your Voice I talk about ways identifying areas where you can reclaim your voice and acknowledging anger. Females are often taught that anger is an emotion that we shouldn't show, but anger is a powerful emotion and if you've been ignored or silence it makes perfect sense that you feel angry! Why hide it? Actionable Steps to reclaiming your voice:Why are areas in your life that you avoid or find full of drama? Are you being your authentic self in these areas? Are you speaking your truth? Are there areas in your life where you find yourself getting upset by things that usually wouldn't cause you to react? Was there something else that happened that day, perhaps a moment where you felt unheard? What would happen if you spoke up in that moment? What do you fear? What are steps you can take to reclaim your voice in these moments? (remember take steps that you feel comfortable with). Resources:Rage Becomes Her: The Power of Women's Anger by Soraya ChemalyWay to connect with me:Book a session:  https://calendly.com/surita-jhangiani/readingContact:  [email protected] questions hit on the contact me link to send me a personal message message or DM via instagram @suritajhangiani.
