Responding to Isolation: Conversations on Isolation, Loneliness, and the Formative Process
by C.R. Warren
Can healthy spiritual formation offer an answer to the modern epidemic of loneliness? As we have seen through church history, the Spirit has been an active and present advocate in transforming believers' lives over the centuries. The beauty of such a partnership can offer so many revelatory understandings. Yet, in our cultural moment where people become more lonely, is their response that the church can begin to speak of that would share hope with those more susceptible to the isolation epidemic? We hope to find answers for that through conversations with charismatics, scholars, and ministers.
