    Liquid light rejuvenation

    Liquid light is a deeply rejuvenating and relaxing meditation. As you fill your body slowly in your minds eye with liquid light you will -renew your cells energy -feed your meridians, muscles and blood. This meditation helps your physical body cope better with what is going on in your etheric bodies. It is wonderful to do in bed at night so your body can use the energy as you sleep.     This relaxing meditation will take you on a journey through your body - filling it with creatively visualised comforts. A wonderful tool for when you’re stressed or are feeling anxious. Also a lovely way to encourage your body to fall into a state of sleep with beautiful thoughts running through your mind.

    Rainbow Light - Strengthens Chakras to cope with Advanced Energies

    Warning: This meditation is powerful. It WILL ACCELERATE YOUR ASCENSION if done each day for a 90 day period. Every time you do it your personal and physical strength will be affected in a positive manner. The downloads are done in silence. So please don’t  skip ahead. This 30 minute exercise/meditation is from my weekly class of highly advanced students. I have Channeled energies from the originals separation of white light when it refracted and formed into the 7 rainbow colours.     To strengthen your chakras

    This class/healing will cause your chakras to strengthen - it was  created to prepare your body and make you more resilient to the huge energies that are pulsing upon our planet. As you know these energies are assisting us in this world wide /universal shift and are just going to increase over the next 20 years untill we reach a peak.One of my very advanced students have been doing it daily. Lashmere has told me it has made her so much calmer and more centred. At this time she has done this meditation/healing over 80 times. She does it upon going to bed. It is lovely to receive such positive feed back.     Clearing Energetic Cords

    This light exercise will take you step by step on how to remove energetic cords. Cutting cords leave residue in the chakra system making them sluggish. Fully removing old cords will improve your energy and often improve the stagnate part of your relationship. This should be done weekly and after any stressful encounters with work place situations. In times of relationship turmoil removing cords daily will leave energetic space for higher outcomes. Angry screaming fights spray dark cords through your field so it’s very important to clear your cords and field properly after an angry encounter. I also advise to use the Glass Plate clearing as well if you are in conflict.I hope this exercise can be of great assistance to you in your journey back to balance and wellbeing. All my love Shivana ⭐️

    Submerge in liquid light - to help shift depression

    This meditation has energy coding that will help to start to lift feelings of depression. You will notice as you submerge that I have left longer pauses -this is to allow your mind to settle into a calmer place, without being interrupted with words. Often in my meditations the energy is most pure and effective in the silences.This meditation is longer than most and best done when resting especially before trying to sleep. I send my love and hope this will help you in any way possible.     To assist you past a negative situation/person or aspect of self

    This meditation exercise is created to help you when you are trying to leave something behind you for good. Whether it is a negative situation that is dragging you down or an ex-partner you just can’t untangle your emotions from. This short exercise will assist you to disengage for good. To be done once or twice a day.     This exercise is very powerful and when done for 100 days straight will make major shift in how you see view and react to your world.     Chakra strengthening to receive new energies coming in!

    This 25 minute activation will set up new CHAKRA RIMS - to help your chakras have a stronger geometry. This will enable you to receive higher and higher energies coming in from the new portals opening above earth - with out causing any damage to your chakras. My students have told me this exercise has deeply improved there everyday energy when done twice a day. One of my students had COVID an exhaustion and it completely dissolved in 7 days of doing this session. It’s lovely to get feed back so I can recommend different meditations to people - so thank you for any feed back you give me.     Light bombing - extreme clearing your chakras

    Hi brave light worker. Today we are going to learn about - LIGHT BOMBING - it’s an amazingly powerful technique I developed many years ago when I was working on a client who I’d had to clear of really heavy energy. LIGHT BOMBING is  It’s very dynamic and can be used any time you think you have accumulated dross(old tired negative energy) in any of your chakras or organs. As your Chakra’s look after your organs it’s important for your overall health that they are functioning properly. I work with gold as it is a very healing colour and deeply connected to the Christ consciousness - which is all about healing humanity on all levels.This meditation should be used once a week but in times of deep chaos or grieving it can be used twice a day. I love adding to your arsenal of light work exercises.     Today we are going on a journey to SOURCE/CREATOR.  We will move in our minds eye into the void and receive a beautiful golden cord that will enhance our connection to creator.     Clearing for the head/eyes/ears/sinuses/skull/brain

    This meditation will help you feel clearer in the head. It works its way through different areas to improve the flow of energy and work on breaking down blocks or damage in your ears/nose/eyes and brain. It is quick and easy to follow and very relaxing. Best done in the early morning upon awakening or at night before sleep.     Clearing cleansing your chakras with - DIVINE LIGHT

    This meditation is wonderful for new seekers(people just starting on their path of awakening) it goes through each chakra cleansing it with light. But it is also powerful and appropriate for any level of awakening. You will hear toning and light language through out these meditations. Light language is used in many way. It breaks down blockages in your energy - it reconnects broken neural pathways - it sings to your soul of hope - and uplifts your mind and soul. Light language is a gift from the higher realms to us all.Often there will be quiet times in these mediations I have not edited them out as they often hold the highest purest vibration that your body drinks up like pure water.I get up in the morning to support and teach you.So thank you for visiting my podcast.
