They immediately went down 3-0 in the first period, tied it late in the 3rd period with quick back-to-back goals, forced OT, when won it in OT. My goodness. That game was anything but pretty, but all that matters is the final score. Happy Trails, Minnesota Wild!14:51 - Mackenzie Blackwood started in net, got shelled for 3 goals in the first period, so Bednar pulled him and went with Wedgewood the rest of the way. And it worked. After the game, Bedsie said the abysmal start was everyone's fault. It wasn't just Blackwood. It was everyone around him too.Also, the Avs are proving in these playoffs that they can win every type of game: high-scoring, low-scoring, physical, slow, fast, you name it. You know which teams have that kind of versatility? Championship teams. 31:21 - You'd better root for Anaheim and Vegas to go 7 games. The Avs need all the rest they can get right now! But if someone goes down with an injury, this roster is stacked full of good backups. They've dealt with injuries the entire year. Supposedly it was legit. It wasn't a prank. If that's the case, it makes no sense whatsoever. The player that the Broncos supposedly had interest in wouldn't work here at all. For so many reasons.

0:00 - Nuggets Head Coach David Adelman gave an injury update to PHD yesterday. AG is practicing and working his way back. Spencer Jones & Zeke Nnaji are day to day. It's hard to believe this team keeps getting banged up. One guy returns to the lineup, three guys leave.14:12 - Sean Payton spoke to the media at the NFL Owners Meetings yesterday. He's not a fan of the terminology "Free Agency Frenzy" or "running it back." 31:08 - An engine on a Delta flight caught fire during takeoff, and some people onboard started screaming their heads off. Brett thought it was a bit overkill. It's a moment of pure panic for sure, but screaming at the top of your lungs will only make things worse 10 out of 10 times.
