Stay In Your Lane

Have you ever wished you could take a break as a Christian. I have ever felt that way. Some seasons felt like the pressure was too much and I couldn’t handle the expectation to be a Christian. But I’ve also quickly learnt that I am serviced by grace and I don’t need to worry about being a Christian in my own strength and as a result, I can stay on duty always. Enjoy the next 17 minutes and be encouraged to stand up for Jesus always….

Have you ever been in a situation where you had to give and you were reluctant to do so? Well, I have been but I’ve also learnt that generosity is a kingdom virtue that I can’t run away from. When you realize that your generosity goes distances you will never go to then you’ll fall in love with it more and more. Join me for the next 17 minutes as we talk about loving generosity.

 I’m sure you are familiar with the tendency in our society to attach people’s identity and significance to a title. Even in church we celebrate titles and that’s okay. But I want to invite you to 18 minutes of taking a closer look at probably the most important title you could ever hold. This is the title Jesus celebrates. Become it.

Life always comes at us with a barrage of possibilities. As children of God we get overtaken with these different things and in turn we get robbed of the opportunity to spend time with Jesus. Other times, it is the time we give to ministry that takes away that blessing of being with Jesus. Today we can choose to take the offer to sit at the feet of Jesus so He can refresh us rather than just doing things for him. Today choose to be at the feet of Jesus-He wants to minister to you.

Did you know that your thoughts, motives, emotions, words and attitudes are your dashboard signals for what’s going on in your heart? Your heart is the center of your life and your being and it matters a great deal. Listen in and learn some more about how we can all guard our hearts.

We all love to see results or fruit from our hard work. We don’t contest this principle of reaping after we have sowed. However, we discount this same principle in some other areas of our lives. The truth is; if we want to see results in our lives, we need to consistently sow the right habits. We should not stop sowing good seed. Enjoy!

Our 3rd edition for the stay in your lane podcast is out and I call it “Built to Build” God has and is still doing a certain work of healing and deliverance in our lives. However, once that work has been done, God’s expectation of us is that we would become builders of others. My prayer is that you and I allow the Holy Spirit to make us whole so we may first bring Him glory and eventually that we can participate in the journey towards wholeness for other people.

This is the second episode of the stay in your lane podcast. It’s titled *“Catching God’s Attention.”* Sometimes we give ourselves to the pursuit of things or people that ultimately do not satisfy. In this episode I show you a man in the Bible who didn’t have a lot going on for him but he chose to make God his number one pursuit. When he sought the attention of God, he did catch it and the rest was history. Today pursue to catch God’s attention and you will see that you’ll get the satisfaction you long for.

This first episode of stay in your lane is titled “Stay in your Lane” and I talk about the truth that God has a specific path marked out for you. Your assignment is to stay on that path. Remember that you are one of many that have overcome.
