Check out Sindu's insta (as promised) here!HALDI DOODH RECIPIE​Turmeric powder​Fresh grated ginger​Cinnamon​Star anise and/or clove spice if you are feeling EXTRA​Bring all these ingredients to boil in some water at high heat. ​Once its nice and hot add some milk, continue to heat gently at a lower temp.​Remove off heat once its nice and golden. Its best enjoyed when you know you are about to get SICK. (No i don't have proper measurements - like any good aunty i go by feel)
