This is a men's lifestyle podcast that focuses on men's wellness, mental health, challenges, celebrations, and everything in between. Basic topics could include sports, fitness, fatherhood, being a husband, running small businesses, friendship, dating, politics, etc. We are 3 friends, with different upbringings and backgrounds, coming together to talk and share our lives with you. Our mission is that men will hear this and feel like they are in the friend group with us, sharing these same experiences and challenges, and that this podcast will uplift and celebrate men, and also give men an outlet to discuss raw emotions in a safe setting.

In this week's episode, the guys tackle some difficult issues of how mean can process and deal with anger and frustration. The ways that it manifests in men's lives, how it affects them, and how they can best handle it. The guys share some personal testaments of things that anger or frustrate them and what they do to manage those emotions.

It's a HOT DROP! This episode is our first of a series we are calling "Mid-Week Motivation." The guys wanted to have multiple touch points through the week to engage with our audience and give them some uplifting words and motivation. These episodes will release on Tuesday or Wednesday of each week and will be quick 20-25 minute episodes just to share something positive and inspiring, and to help scratch the itch of waiting for full episode drops on Friday mornings.
