The brain is plastic and can change for the good. With regular practice daily using short happiness booster called MVI's (minimum viable interventions), you can actually feel happier. Take a few moments and write or visualize "three good things" today. Gratitude can be a strong part of feeling better and tackling chronic stress. Writing out the good things in you life can make these neural connections even stronger.

In under 5 minutes, host Angie Devanney talks about her experience being anxious and depressed after navigating her community through Covid as a small town suburban mayor. The experience brought her on a journey to find authentic happiness. After 3 years of studying positive psychology, neuroscience and neuroplasticity, she earned a Master's degree in Happiness Studies and teaches the SPIRE model of happiness. This short podcast is designed for busy people to help manage stress and improve their health with short happiness hacks to making lasting change.
