The process of deconstruction is not necessarily the act of stepping away from a religious structure. It is the analysis of your beliefs to understand what no longer serves you. "Anything that's not growing is dead" (Lauryn Hill). In this episode, we discuss beliefs that we found to be limiting to us on our journeys.
