Integration & Building New Frames of Reference

This week we are diving into what that space is after you've done a bunch of growth and self work. Is it a plateau? Is it useful? It's actually vital and I'll tell you why.

  18. 9

    Authentically & Unapologetically Me

Every now and then I need to remind myself of this: I am not put here to fit in. I'm not here to play small. I am not here to hide my light. I am not here to make everyone else happy. And neither are you. I'm here to be holy, and authentically me. And unapologetically me. And for me to practice what I preach and to be in integrity, this is what it requires.

  19. 8

    The Dip

The Dip? I'm not talking spinach, artichoke, or four cheese. I'm talking about uninformed optimism, uninformed pessimism, resistance, and resiliency. What do we do when we personally experience dips? What do dips look like in business? How do we navigate all of this?

The Power of Compassion with Keith Faria

A couple of weeks ago had interviewed Glori Meldrum on the podcast. Glori is the founder of little warriors. She is a survivor of childhood sexual assault. And this has been a cause that's been so close to my heart for a long time. It's an absolute epidemic. So as we're leaning into this conversation, it was important to me to bring in a male voice. I've been chatting with my friend Keith Faria. Keith is a spokesperson for little warriors and an ambassador for them. He's also a speaker on men's health and mental health, and the effects of long-term untreated sexual trauma. So I wanted to get his perspective and talk with him about his journey of becoming. It is insightful, it is powerful. And it impacted me deeply.MENTIONED IN THIS EPISODE: Little Warriors Website: https://littlewarriors.ca/

Open Heart, Open Arms, Open Hands

This episode is all about CONTROL. I like to be in control. I like to know what's coming. I like to know when it's coming. I like to know what my role in it is, I like to be able to control the outcome. And I've spent a lot of my life attached to outcomes. Lets talk about the power of being OPEN instead.

  25. 2

    Toxic Abundance

This episode is about abundance, not financial abundance, necessarily, but having an abundance mindset. When we try to have an abundance mindset from a place of pressure or force, we end up in the land of what I'm going to call toxic abundance. Kinda like toxic positivity. This is a sort of pretending, telling yourself and others all good and amazing.
