Why Do We Believe We Are Not Enough?

This was an emotional one. I am excited to go on this journey with you and speak on this incredibly common feeling.I had a conversation with AI to see if maybe it could show me a blind spot in our approach to solving "not enough" syndrome. It started surface level and it went much deeper towards the end. I was surprised by where it went and now I bring it to you so we can talk about the very human topic and find a solution that makes the most sense for us.Here are the questions I asked:What is the personal/mental challenge people face and fail at most often? What do you believe people are truly missing when struggling with these things that could easily solve the issue?I wonder if there's something simpler and deeper that could be important for people to think about?Do you have any ideas as to where the "not enough" feeling typically starts and why it may be happening? Is it easier to navigate people if they are distracted trying to chase something that is not real like "becoming enough"?Do you think that people have to have a meaning outside of themselves to complete this work? Is there a way to inspire people who do not have a draw to bettering the world around them to do this work? Is there something I am not seeing?I hope you enjoyed this episode as much as I did! I would love to hear your thoughts :)
