Frameworks and Reasons - MM1
How am I so disciplined about one thing, and so easily persuaded about the next? What is it that makes a decision on one hand so challenging and on another not challenging at all? Why do I have an easier time going to do a weighted ruck in -3 degree weather at 5am but can hardly say no to a cookie if it's placed in front of me? Recently, while journaling, I think that I may have gotten an answer. In today's episode I'll be sharing that with you. Share with ONE friend! Follow me on Instagram @chrxtopherr.

Making Progress > How You Feel About Making Progress -- DLP008
If you have ever began a project or started toward a goal, you know there is a big difference between how enthusiastic you feel at the start and how you feel actually doing the steps in the middle. Idk about you, but more than half of the days I spend taking the steps I feel like its pointless, useless and they don't matter. I "feel" like i'm not making progress. Today, I am sharing a personal experience of the time I went from Fat to Fit on 75hard and how I learned that how you feel doesn't matter at all -- all that matters is you keep stepping. Don't Slip -- DLP007
This random thought is brought to you by the time I almost fell to my death hiking! You ever notice how much easier it is to fall off of a new habit than it is to make progress? It's honestly rude how that is. God must have a sense of humor or something. In todays episode, I cover the 3 mindsets and practical strategies that I have used to help me stop the slip when I begin to trip. As always, thank you for listening and sharing with your friends! SOAP Sunday Ep. 1 -- Flaming Darts -- DLP006
SOAP = Scripture, Observation, Application & Prayer. This is the first episode of a new series within the Diamond Legacy Podcast where we will be discussing profound scripture! Today, we're going to talk about why you ruminate so much, how to understand it, and what you can do to help stop it. SOAP is amazing for giving scaffolding to understand the scripture you are reading and make sure you actually are able to understand and hold onto it. You Don't Have to be the Best to be a Leader -- DLP005
How many times have you had something to say and stopped yourself because you weren't sure it was your place? How many times have you clipped your own wings because you're not sure you're "qualified?" How many times do you find yourself shying away from opportunities to shine because you don't feel confident enough? If you're like a lot of people, it's a lot. Today, I want to share with you a semi-embarrassing experience that taught me a lot about a quality you need to be a leader (Hint: it's not skills). As always, thank you for listening and sharing with one friend!

Are You Suffering From 'New Kid Syndrome?' -- DLP 004
There you are, being awkward and weird again. You don't know why you always act like this when you get around new people. You're usually so confident and outgoing... so why are you feeling so overwhelmed and anxious right now? In this episode, I want to share the story of what it was like to move 17 times and attend 4 different schools in 3.5 years. In a nutshell, what it felt like to be the "new kid" a bunch of times. I'm going to help you understand what new kid syndrome is, if you have it and the shift you can make to cure yourself. Thank you for all the love on the podcast, your support is very appreciated. Why I Hate Priuses and Why You Should Too -- DLP 003
There she is... Granny with the blind people goggles driving 15 under the speed limit. Don't you love it? There's a reason I despise Priuses but I don't think it's for the reasons you're expecting. In this episode, I want to come clean and confess the real reason I hate Priuses and why you should too. THANK YOU for the resoundingly positive feedback on the show so far. I'm so grateful for you all! Follow me @Chrxtopherr on IG to stay connected.

What to do When You're Lost in the Woods -- DLP 002
In this episode, I am going to share a story about the time I was lost in the middle of the Maine Wilderness with 11 strangers. What should have been a 30 minute hike morphed into a 6 hour and 30 minute ordeal filled with blood, sweat, tears and one very critical lesson that has helped me tremendously. As always I appreciate you for sharing this episode with your friends. Visit us @thediamondlegacyco across all platforms and at thediamondlegacy.co Much Love, -@Chrxtopherr

The Diamond Legacy 001 - What We're About!
Welcome to the Diamond Legacy Podcast! The goal of this podcast is to create a community of likeminded individuals who are committed to growth, contribution and education. We are the ones who lead from the front. We are the ones discontent with the status quo and the ones who are hungry to pursue our true potential. We are collectively elevating the standard. Within this episode I. Christopher, will discuss the overall thesis of what it means to be apart of The Diamond Legacy Movement. This episode will cover the 5 core values of The Diamond Legacy and will lay the framework of what to expect in the future. The five core values are: 1) Doing ordinary things in an extraordinary way.2) Stand up and speak the truth regardless of the opposition. 3) Accept personal responsibility and our ability to change our circumstances. 4) Have a personal commitment to growth. 5) Be a light for the world. Overall, this is a collective mission on behalf of everyone who listens and will listen in the future. The only way that we can make the world a better place is from the ground up. This requires that all of us buy in and hold each other up as we grow along side one another! I hope you enjoy and welcome to episode 001! -Christopher.@Chrxtopherr on all platforms.
