Let me hear you PEACELet me hear you say RESTLet me hear you say ALLOW!!!!!Star and I are long buddies and have seen each other through a lot, deep behind the scenes. But every time we record something there is a shift and a big impact in the conversation. You will find yourself here, outside the perfection, outside the proving, outside the "looking like everyone else".... You will yourself in the quiet, in the slowed down and inside of you already....We NORMALIZE the everyday life, feelings, sabotages and give very clear examples (case studies) of testing what we believe about ourselves in extremely regular moments like cat sitting and returning a phone call at work!Nothing mind blowing, and yet so soul fulfilling!!!

The foundation of this interview is anchored in God and 5 core pillars to steward your life with: Emotional Health, Physical Health, Educational Health, Financial Health, and Spiritual Health. By applying, caring for and growing these key areas you can HAVE IT ALL everyday on repeat. Not in a rich fancy ways, but in deeply fulfilling and extra-ordinary that you would not sell for all the gold and jewels in the world. This is a longer interview but there is so much applicability to your day to day and especially the investment of TIME for your life to grow, for you to keep applying your message and to be patient for the harvest. Time is an investment and a worthwhile one to allow while you take action everyday.

    Sabrina Hammonds (EDW 2 - June '25)

The one where we both wear PJ pants! ha!If you know me, you know I LOVE the TV Show Friends, hence the reference here. When Sabrina came on my podcast she "zoom dressed" and later posted a PJ Pants photo. This is the thing my loves, we are as we are. Hence HAVING IT ALL right now. Sabrina and I "interviewed" for almost an hour, really spending time in her day to day life and her day to day self. She so clearly depicted her very real life, how she used to react, to how she still reacts sometimes, to how to she is reacting better and more frequently.... as her spiritual self expands. And it's in this space that we sustainably and actually create the life we love. Choosing your character, choosing your priority, choosing the moment over the task list. I could feel my spirit appreciating her contrast of having been for most of her life a do-er, to learning and seeing herself more as a state of "be-ing." And that is not conditional on anything but your internal self. Lots to say about this one, so stop reading and get listening!!!

    Sabine Matharu (EDW 2 - June '25)

In her own words, here is what Sabine shared after our interview....**There were no filters. No rehearsed lines. Just two women speaking truth.I found myself sharing what it really looks like to be an everyday woman:👩‍👦 Raising kids while building a business.💍 Supporting my husband’s dreams while holding onto mine.👵 Caring for my family members who are unwell, in ways that both fill and deplete me.And somehow… still showing up. Still standing. Still holding it all together. Some days, I don’t.Then Mia asked me a question I’ll never forget:“When life gets messy… when it all feels like too much… how do you keep going?”My breath caught.Because the truth?Sometimes, I don’t want to.Sometimes, I want to disappear.Sometimes, the weight of it all feels like too much for one heart to hold. But I answered her the only way I know how:You remember what you came here for.You sit still. You listen. And you let your soul speak louder than the chaos. The stories shared in this summit are not just “another event.”It might just be the mirror your heart’s been needing. (It is!!)A reminder that you’re not alone. That your mess doesn’t disqualify you.And that you’re allowed to build a beautiful, successful business in the middle of it all.**Dive in with Sabine, Mia, Sharon and Sasha (among other coaches and support) in our collaborative membership: The EmpowerMe Hubhttps://bit.ly/EPHubMia

Being an everyday woman is showing up to be YOU, not fancy or famous but so important as we each have a role to play that is connected to others. Meg had a life changing event that gave her a miracle, a chance to refine her priorities and the kind of life and legacy she wanted to create. From chasing money as the sole definition of "success" to leaving a decades long career behind and simplifying her life and lifestyle. She now lives on 5 acres, actually spends time with her family and has freedom to live in purpose in stead of on fire (hyper activated nervous system). "It’s Time to Stop Wishing and Start Living." Mia Frankl - YOUR HOSTESS!!! (The Everyday-est of them ALL!) (EDW 1 - Feb '25)

Time to write about myself?!!! "I am an everyday woman....I range from "hot mess" to "ass kicking pro". From super mom to "forgot the after school snack again" mom. I am FLAWED, I am WONDERFUL, I am full of love and seeking peace daily. And as I grow, I continue to open to what more is possible. No more excuses, no more BS'ing myself. Just joyful effort over time. Because when I leave earth, I want my heart so full it can't take any more of the beauty of the life I lived." I have an incredibly large capacity for love, hard topics and levity. I can navigate a conversation easily and with deep insight and turn it into tangible, clear examples that we all face on the daily. I am easy to talk to, welcoming and give incredibly safe energies; my exchanges are both coaching and being coached, a magnetic co-creation from systems and structure (in biz operations) to navigating oneself through intimate relationships and truly knowing / practicing personal responsibility. I want unfiltered, genuine and behind the scenes truths. I take us into the conversations that we are not hearing online, the ice below the surface if you will. We have safe, relatable and real discussions on how we become what we so badly desire and what we grow through as we become it. You will instantly feel like you are with an old friend, and have such a fun time navigating your growth with me! So hop to it! Join me for one of: 1. Paula Tobey (EDW 1 - Feb '25)

Paula is a beautiful example of taking personal responsibility for your life. She was living but she wasn't alive. God delivered her a wake up call by way of a poem by Maya Angelou which shook her to the core and pushed on her purpose - serve herself and others like her in living everyday as intentionally as possible. I love her heart, her ever growing community and her framework for a good life. Having raised two kids who are off to college, Paula is pouring more into herself to serve others. Coach Paula is a former Teacher, Certified Life and Health Coach, Author, and Speaker best known for the Gut-Brain Connection. But more than that she is a collaborator, challenging and motivating women to find the healthiest, best versions of themselves. She works with clients in groups by leading masterminds, masterclasses, and workshops. She also helps those who need one-on-one guidance with health or family issues such as those with ADHD, working systematically to understand the gut-brain connection and how to incorporate more natural healing into their busy lives.
