The Healthy Worship Team with Julie Englerth

My name is Julie, and I've been a worship leader for over 20 years. In the last 7 years, I took the lead in rebuilding the culture and structure of my hometown worship team. By embracing this process, I learned how to guide my team through huge change, resulting in a thriving team that tripled in size, expanded from one service to three services weekly, and even created and released our own music. If you are called to lead worship and know you have what it takes but can't seem to get your team to join you, I'm here to help.

#2 How To Know It's Time to Make a Change

In this episode, Julie gets real about our own personal responsibility when it comes to identifying the patterns and problems we see in our team. It's so tempting to look at our senior leaders and say that because they won't green light something, we are held back, or to look down to our team and say "if they would just do what I say, we wouldn't have any problems!" When we get real about our own role we play in the patterns that we live in, we can really start to pull apart the problems and be part of the solution. If this was helpful, please subscribe wherever you stream, and you can email us with any questions or comments at [email protected].
