There are costs that come with ministry, operational costs. In Jesus' ministry there were costs. The people who were being blessed, out of love, supported Him with their substance. We can also support God's work with our money. How? Our first fruits, partnerships, tithes, the prophet's offering, random refreshing of the man of God, alms, intentional seeds and property dedication are all ways we can financially support God's work.

In the part 11 of 'What's Next Papa?' , our Man of God spoke on the importance of commitment to God and to the church.Stronger relations are built when you know that a person in your life will always be there for you. Strong churches are built through the commitment of its members. Commitment with your time, presence and substance. Commitment shows that we prioritize Jesus. It is through our commitment that others will be drawn to our God and to our church. Be committed to God and to the work He is doing in your church.

In Part 6, Dr Solomon Kharis speaks on the key characteristics of true servants, of people with a volunteering spirit.A true servant always initiates provision. They give their time and energy. They offer willingly and ungrudgingly. They are sensitive to the needs of the church. A true servant serves out of commitment and not convenience. Our service is a heart affair.

Our man of God, Dr Solomon Kharis, teaches on the spirit of volunteerism in this part of ‘What’s Next Papa?’.We should be willing to serve at our own expense. It is by revelation that we do the things we do. Our concern is not what is in it for us. The reward is not our reason for service. It is a privilege to serve Jesus.

Our man of God continued ‘What’s Next Papa?” with a teaching on motivations for serving God. Many a time people are motivated to serve God by fear, pressure, pain, pride and a need for recognition. You should rather be motivated by a revelation of what you are doing. Revelation is the highest form of motivation.

Our Man of God, Dr Solomon Kharis, continued with the marks of the bondservant. Bondservants do not consider their master’s instructions as suggestions. A bondservants ultimate goal is to hear “Well done good and faithful servant.”

In the part two of ‘DOULOS’, Dr Solomon Kharis taught on the marks of a bondservant.Bondservants take the Bible as their truth.  Jesus is the ultimate ‘Doulos’. We can pattern our lives according to His. He must be displayed through us. Bondservants are humble. They are not afraid to count everything as loss for Christ.

In the introductory message of this series, our man of God explains the meaning of ‘Doulos,’ broadening our understanding of what it means to serve God. A ‘Doulos’ or a bondservant is someone who is consumed with the will of his master in a permanent relationship of servitude. As bondservants, we lose sight of our interests and concern ourselves with the will of our Master.We are bondservants for Christ!

In Part 3 of this series, our minds were provoked untodeeper understanding of God as our Father.In His death, Jesus had us in mind. By Hisblood of Christ, we were brought closer to God. ‘Abba’ is an informal name children call their father. It communicates intimacy, reverence. God is our Father, He is 'Abba'. Mankind is at the apex of God’s intelligent designs. Man is the ultimate reason for all creation and the reason for creating man is to satisfy the aching, longing heart of the great Father. We are God’s greatest obsession. We are a part of God’s heavenly family. He has adopted us.

Our man of God, Dr. Solomon Kharis, continuedthis series teaching on how Jesus lived as a son so that we may live same.Once we become aware that God’s agenda is sonship, we have to know our response as sons. Jesus being the very mind of God, the logic of God, means that God is no longer a mystery to us. Jesus was conscious of his divine nature yet still emptied himself and became a servant. This is the mindset we must have. Sonship is our right and service is our responsibility. As sons, everything that Jesus did is a possibility to us.

In the first part of this series, our man of God, Dr. Solomon Kharis, opens our eyes to understanding our identity by beholding Jesus – the perfect revelation of God. ‘Who is God to you?’ ‘Who are you?’                                                                                These are two questions that determine the quality of your life. When you see Jesus, you begin to understand yourself. Your identity is inseparable from who God is to you!Jesus as a son came to bring us the intent of God -sonship. If God is Jesus’ father, He is also our father. We are sons of God, joint heirs with Christ! We are not servants to beg. We are sons who inherit!

In the final part of this powerful series, our man of God calls us to hold the Church close to our hearts.When you truly identify with the Church, your language shifts—you no longer say “the church,” but “our church.”Care for it as you would your own home.Let every action reflect a desire to strengthen and build up the Church.May the Church be dear to you, not just in word, but in devotion.

In the third part of this series, our man of God expounds on love—selfless, brotherly love.Love is the distinguishing mark of the Church. We are a powerful Church because we are known for walking in love.Love seeks the best for others. Brotherly love is selfless, sacrificial, and always considers the interests of others.

Our man of God continues the Church Family series with Part 2, focusing on love and unity within our church community.The unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace is the backbone of the church family. As a family, we cannot thrive without love.Who walks away from a family because a brother offends them?We extend a long rope of love through forgiveness, because we are beings of love.
