    New Year, BETTER You

Hey, hey, heyyyyy!! Welcome back to the Mental Wealth Glow Theory!! It's been a while since I posted, but now I'm back and I'm back to stay. This week is all about goal making and resolutions (yes, we are a month and a half into the new year but still). I explain why most people cannot stick to their goals. In fact, only about 9% of people who make resolutions actually stick it out to the end. Today I'll walk through the steps on how to actually stick to your resolutions. I've definitely struggled to keep my goals every year, and in this episode, I explain how to keep up with your goals and how to create goals that you will actually stick to. As always if you have any recommendations, questions, or simply want to reach out, my email is [email protected] Thanks to everyone who is here listening! Share this with someone who is struggling with their goals too. We are in this together and good luck on your resolutions this year. We got this!

    Get back on track

Hi guys! I'm back with another episode; how is everyone doing? This week we are talking about getting back on track whether that be with academics, sports, or even your whole life. Trust me I've been there, you've been there (since your listening), we have ALL been there. This is a universal experience and that's because we are HUMAN. Not robots but we are humans with emotions, and stress capacities and thresholds that burn us out when met. So, this week I came up with an 8-step checklist to help us get back on track. Feel free to reach out if you have questions, requests, or anything you would like to discuss. My email is [email protected] you all for all of the love I much appreciate each and everyone of you. It's really amazing how my singular voice can reach students all across the world so thanks to you guys for supporting and listening!!P.S. Yes, I've been there too (many times 🙃), and this week's episode is all about confronting and overcoming these feelings. Hey guys, welcome back! This week, I've got 3 easy steps to face failure. Failure is something we have all experienced as students and kids. Whether that be related to school or your personal goals, failure is a part of life and I'm going to give you 3 easy steps in which you can take the negativity of failing and turn it into something positive. Study Methods

Hiii! Welcome back everyone, it is good to be back with you all. This week I'm going through different study methods. There are so many different methods to use in order to study better. So, join me in a short but sweet episode to get the best tips and skills for studying. (NOT SPONSERED!!)A resource I constantly talked about was KNOWT. KNOWT is an AI-powered app for students with various features and tools for studying. However, you don't have to use the AI to utilize the app. KNOWT has so many features such as flashcards, practice tests, matching, spaced repetition, notes, etc. KNOWT also has organized spaces for all types of exam prep: AP exams, MCAT exams, GSCE exam, IB exams, GRE exam, and many more. Millions of students and teachers utilize KNOWT for teaching and learning. I love this app and would highly recommend checking it out. Here is the link: Home | Knowt
