We’re moving into an era where leading means knowing your own zone of genius and letting others do the same, so the business becomes a living ecosystem. It’s about having the courage to claim your authority, while also letting go of the need to control every detail.I share what happened for me in Egypt, sitting with Sekhmet and facing the shadow side of power, recognising places where I’ve misused power before, and realising that holding back out of guilt or fear doesn’t serve anyone. The message I received was that there’s nothing to be forgiven.
