A federal judge in Florida issued an order on Monday voiding the national mask mandate covering airports, planes, and other public travel.  U.S. District Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle concluded that the masking regulation enacted by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention last February “exceeds the CDC’s statutory authority,” and that its mandate was “arbitrary and capricious.”  Bullying is the use of force, threat, or coercion to abuse, intimidate or aggressively dominate others. What's going on in your home? Now that we have that foundation set, let’s see what’s going on with you and your kids. Here are five questions to ask yourself and then you can decide if there’s room for improvement: Do you call your children or your spouse names such as stupid, crybaby, ignorant, useless, a failure, good for nothing?Laugh at your children or your spouse when any one of them gets hurt or fails at something? Spend most of your at-home time either ignoring your family members or yelling at everyone because you are tired, stressed, etc? Beat your kids rather than spank them? (Do you know the difference? If you answer “No” to this part of the question, it’s not a good thing.)Do you withhold affection as a form of punishment? (i.e., “I’d love you more if you weren’t so annoying.”) So many of these kids end up doing all kinds of rotten things to get any attention (good or bad) from their parents. In some cases, this leads them to do stupid things like skipping school, picking on other kids (aka, bullying), fighting, stealing, etc. Also, keep in mind that most juvenile suicides and just as bad, school shooters have been bullied on a regular basis.

There are 18 year olds who will experince their right to make their voices heard to Elders who are too voting for the first time. Some folk are changing their party, some will drive, walk bus, bike or hike for their right to VOTE! Whether you are voting for better housing rents, healthcare, safer roads schools... VOTE! A leading ally of Brett Kavanaugh has, based on a hunch, claimed a woman who accused the Supreme Court nominee of assaulting her in high school likely mixed up the federal appeals court judge with a classmate.Then he posted photos of the classmate, his Facebook profile, and the location of his high school home. In a Twitter thread on Thursday evening, Ed Whelan, the president of the Ethics and Public Policy Center, engaged in some amateur sleuthing to suggest that Christine Blasey Ford, who has accused Kavanaugh of sexually assaulting her at a house party more than three decades ago, might be confusing him with another alum of Georgetown Prep, the prestigious D.C. high school that Kavanaugh attended. Whelan offered scant evidence for the charge beyond Kavanaugh’s ostensible resemblance to the classmate and a comparison of the floor plan of the house in which the classmate lived to Ford’s description of events at the party. An Irish bar in upstate New York is being slammed as racist after posting a lengthy dress code in their window.

From CNN: The New Yorker reports that one of Kavanaugh's Yale classmates said she remembers Kavanaugh exposing himself to her at a dorm party. The new allegation came hours after arrangements were finally locked in for a Senate hearing on Thursday with his first accuser, Christine Blasey Ford. The President dismissed the allegations of inappropriate against Kavanaugh, calling them totally politcal.The White House and Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh denied an allegation Sunday made by a second woman, Deborah Ramirez accusing him of inappropriate sexual behavior freshman year 1982 at Yale University.

The resignation of White House staff secretary Rob Porter, who departed the West Wing after allegations of domestic abuse by his two ex-wives were made public. According to multiple reports, top officials at the White House, including chief of staff John Kelly, knew about the allegations against Porter for months. Porter has denied the allegations. Although the government's case loomed like a moving cloud over college basketball for the past six months, the reality is the Department of Justice and the FBI have only made official announcements on two occasions in regard to this story. The first came on Sept. 26, 2017, when 10 men (including four assistant coaches) were arrested. The second movement was made Tuesday. In between that, college basketball held its 2017-18 season and its prestigious annual 68-team NCAA Tournament without interference from the federal government.

Mr Cruz was giving an interview on CNN Tuesday night when Chris Cuomo brought up a campaign jingle that mocks Rep Beto O'Rourke for going by Beto instead of his given name, Robert. Mr O'Rourke won the Democratic primary that same night, and will be competing to unseat Mr Cruz this November. "You go after Beto for his name. Beto is obviously a nickname — why?" Cuomo asked. "First of all, you didn't like that dirty pool when you were running for president and the President called you 'Lyin' Ted', you didn't like that kind of tactic." An associate professor of history responded Tuesday night to Kanye West argument that black people had chosen to be slaves, providing some context about the brutality of the slave trade.  “When you hear about slavery for 400 years ... for 400 years? That sounds like a choice,” the rapper had said earlier in the day during an appearance on TMZ Live. Priscilla Zapata wasn't happy that her four children went through her tub of ice cream, Idaho police say. So the 26-year-old mother of four beat her children — aged 3 to 9 — with a wet belt and a toy in July, police alleged to The Idaho Press. She is also accused of shaving her 4-year-old and 9-year-old daughters' hair to send a message. That's why police, who say that Zapata both physically and emotionally abused her children, charged the mother with felony injury to a child. According to East Idaho News, the woman was found guilty of that charge and sentenced Monday to 30 days in jail. She also has four years of felony probation.On Tuesday, Dr. Harold Bornstein claimed that Trump instructed him on what to Write, which described the then-presidential candidate as having “extraordinary” physical strength and stamina.
