The Path to Living

Welcome to The Path to Living, my name is Jenny. I am here to tell you about my experiences with self-improvement, mental health, and finding happiness in being true to myself. I will discuss how I recognized patterns, found self-limiting beliefs, and what I did to move on from them. I want to be an example for all of you who are struggling with the same things I did. I want to show you that it is possible to get out of the dark space and find a way to live with the darkness while finding that light deep within. I am not an expert, just a person who has lived through different experiences and found a way to move on from them.

    Accepting Change, Taking Action

After finishing a particularly good book, I reflected on grieving the old versions of ourselves. Allowing that grief and release creates space for the new version of ourselves. Change is required for growth and to welcome new beautiful things into our lives. In order to create change we must take action and have trust in ourselves. So go out there and reach for the stars, you never know what exciting things lie ahead!

    An Intentional Pause

Today I am recognizing the beauty of the seasons. After having a false spring pass us by and a second winter coming in, I am appreciating the pauses that the seasons bring us. Now is a time to pause and continue slow momentum. Conserve that energy for when our next season of life begins full force and ready for fast movement. I share my gratitude for every season and I hope that I can share this intentional pause with all of you. May you find some beauty in this pause and may we all ready ourselves for a new season and a new version of ourselves. Thank you for sharing this moment with me.

Find Your Path & The Beauty In Endings

Today I wanted to talk about letting go of the past to embrace the present. It is important to surround yourself with a community that wants to grow with you and support you where you are on your path. I know there are parts that may feel lonely, but that may be what you need during that time to evolve and grow. This brings me to finding the beauty in endings because that is where we start a new part of our journey. Endings are just new beginnings and every part of the journey is beautiful. Thank you and don’t forget to go out and be your beautiful, authentic self! Share your light in this world!

    Recognizing What Brings You Joy

Here I am welcoming you to my new podcast. Here I hold space for who you are now and create space for belief in who you can become. I share gratitude for my journey. I talk about one of the first things I learned on my self-improvement journey. Recognizing what brings you joy in life. Life can get so busy with tasks we tell ourselves have to be done in a certain time and a certain way. When we put ourselves last, it gets too easy to forget our own wants and needs. It’s necessary to fill your own tank if you want to be able to give to others. Part of that is giving to yourself first. Another part of that is learning when to say no.Thank you for being here.May you be happy.May you be healthy.May you be kind.
