    Joshua and Niki reunite at last to end the hiatus for Mentality Monday with the launch of a new project: The People-Pleasing Project. "People-pleasing" is defined as the following: a person who has an emotional need to please others often at the expense of the person's own needs or desires. On the intro pod episode of this project, Joshua and Niki give their own personal examples and anecdotes on their experience with people-pleasing, dive into the two major psychological roots of people-pleasing behavior, and discuss how people-pleasing can rear its ugly head in the lives of creatives.
