In Episode 5 we wrap up Chapter 3 of Out of the Crisis which completes Deming's 7 Deadly Diseases and other obstacles. I highly recommend you go listen to Episode 4 if you haven't, as that is where we begin the Deadly Diseases conversation...wouldn't want you to feel like a child wandering into a movie halfway through and wondering what the plot is.  https://www.redbeadpod.com

Red Bead Breakdown of Out of the Crisis - Episode 4

On this episode of the Red Bead Podcast's breakdown of Out of the Crisis we get into Chapter 3 and Deming's 7 Deadly Diseases for management. These are diseases that are created by western management, so it is also management's responsibility to rid us of them. We will hear how the Deadly Diseases map onto the 7 deadly sins, learn how we can become Wayfinder's like Moana, and be told what chicken farmers think of merit rating systems. Spoiler alert, it ain't good. Also, my daughter thinks I'm super cringe I don't know why.  Links to things discussed:  red bead experiment: https://youtu.be/geiC4UgpDyw?si=zFVYmR9PEn5i_bKG  https://www.redbeadpod.com
