    Restart

Restart is the first episode of the new year and an invitation to begin again.Rooted in Isaiah 43:18–19 and Luke 5:36–39, this episode explores what it looks like to let go of the old in order to make space for the new. We talk about how holding on to what once was can keep us from receiving what God is doing now, and why starting with a “blank canvas” is often an act of trust, not failure. This conversation reflects on surrender, growth, and allowing God to be God, even when release feels uncomfortable. Sometimes starting again is exactly what growth requires, and making space for it is one of the bravest things we can do.Whether you’re stepping into a new year, a new season, or simply longing for a fresh start, this episode is an invitation to loosen your grip on the past and open your hands to what’s ahead.

    Remain

In this episode, we reflect on the heart behind remaining with God and how abiding shapes the way we live, love, and show grace to others. This conversation touches on the call found in Matthew 28:19, not as a mandate meant only for evangelists, but as a calling given to the Church as a whole. Each of us has been created uniquely with gifts, talents, and purpose meant for God’s glory. When we surrender what He has placed inside of us, He can use it to reach people in ways only we can. Remain is about staying connected, trusting God with who we are, and allowing Him to work through our lives.

    Reveal

Reveal is a deeply personal episode where I open up about my mental health journey over the past few years and what it has looked like to be honest with God. Grounded in Psalm 139:23-24, this episode reflects on the truth that when God reveals what's within us, He never does so to leave us in brokenness. He reveals in order to heal, to lead, and to guide us toward "the way everlasting."This episode is an invitation to open your heart, to let God meet you exactly where you are, and to believe that revelation is not the end of the story...healing is.Support & Resources:Better Help - https://www.betterhelp.comInternational mental health resources - https://findahelpline.comInternational Suicide Hotlines - https://blog.opencounseling.com/suicide-hotlines/RipTide Counselling (Canada) - https://www.riptidecounselling.ca/ Talk Space - https://www.talkspace.com

    Reminded

In this episode, I continue the conversation from last time, sitting in that waiting season where we remind ourselves of God's promises and trust that He is renewing us, just as Isaiah 40:31 says. I share a short reflection on how far God has brought me and how His faithfulness continues to manifest. Most of all, I talk about the importance of approaching God openly, honestly, and vulnerably, and how coming to Him just as we are truly changes everything.

    Remembered

It's easy to feel forgotten when God seems quiet, like your prayers haven't been answered. But even in silence, He is near. In this episode, I want to remind you that you are not forgotten. God loves you more than you know, and His faithfulness hasn't changed. If He was faithful then, He will be faithful now. Keep on hanging on, He is still writing your story.

    Relocated

The space between where God called you out of and where He’s calling you to can feel like a wilderness. In this episode, we talk about what it means to trust God when everything familiar fades and the new hasn’t fully formed yet. From letting go of comfort zones to embracing divine redirection, this episode is a reminder that being in-between isn’t punishment, it’s preparation. Tune in and be encouraged to see your transition season through the lens of purpose, not loss.

In this episode, I share how, no matter our state, God’s Spirit revives, restores, and reshapes us.
