    Strength Training to reduce pain & prevent injuries.

    The '5 Rule' to master the gym, dieting & beating low motivation.

    Today I talk about how anything is better than nothing, in most aspects of life but believe it or not I'm relating it to fitness. How just 1 gym session a week is definitely still worth it* & you can make significant improvements to your strength & fitness with just 5 minutes a day & feel loads better from it. So I'd say that's still worth it, wouldn't you??
